As a tired mom of 2 under 2 I bought this in hopes it would help me upkeep some of the household cleaning. I hate vacuuming and moping and I always dread it. Well, I found my solution!! This thing picks up more dirt than you think. Initially I was unsure of how much it was actually picking up, but when I emptied the cannister I was surprised. There's three levels of suction, I always use the strongest because why not! And it's not super noisy, I can use it during nap time. It mops too! The tank isn't all that big but I mean I'm not sure how big a water tank can get in one of these things, this is my first time using one of these. But I basically fill it with water and a drop of fabuloso, let it mop the whole floor, then empty whatever is left in the canister, rinse it, rinse the mop head and fill with clean water and let it mop again. Works great. Now I do still do a nice deep clean once a week with my shark vacuum and mop myself but this is AMAZING as a daily maintenance helper. I love it. Best Christmas present to myself. Now if it could just fold my laundry....

This robot vacuum is okay at best. The app works flawlessly—starts and stops on command, even when I’m not home. It vacuums the house decently and finds its way back to recharge, so that part works fine. However, the mopping function is just useless. It drags a wet cloth around like a limp rag, no scrubbing or actual cleaning. I don’t know what I was expecting, but this isn’t mopping. It also struggles with rugs or any obstacles. I have shag carpets, and it constantly gets stuck, so I have to pull up all the rugs before leaving the house—kind of defeats the purpose. For the price, I expected much better. If you just want a basic vacuum that doesn’t mind a flat, obstacle-free house, it’ll do. But if you’re hoping for real mopping or versatility, don’t waste your money. Three stars, and that’s being generous.

Can’t adjust suction? Neither app or remote works for adjusting suction when there is supposed to be 3 modes. Cannot use Alexa. When you connect the skill to allow Alexa to verbally control the vacuum, the skill doesn’t connect, and has a 1 star rating on the Alexa app. As of now, seems like a robot vacuum to avoid.
