Welcome this new beautiful Robot Sweep and Mop Combo, in addition to my two MI robot vacuums to my home. I was shopping for a new one to be used in my new guest house, and I need a more compact one that also comes with mop feature. I decided to give this one a try due to promotional price, good features, great looking and clear description of the product on Amazon. I got the machine very next day after I ordered. The set up of the vacuum is very easy, the phone apps and remote control both work very well in controlling and directing the robot. Personally I used more often with the phone as the mobile app is designed very well and user friendly, and you can schedule the sweep/mop conveniently. However when set up this Robot WiFi, you do need to manually key in SSDI and WiFi passcode. The features I particularly like are: - Quiet operation even with strongest suction. - Directional moving instead of randomly running around so it won't miss any spots. - More compact and thinner than most of Robot Vacuums so it can clean some low areas where regular vacuums cannot reach. - Super easy to set up, and really no need to read manual at all to work the machine (as long as you have the phone app connected). The brushes are very easily to clip on, no tools needed. - Works well with different type of surfaces: wood/tile floor, carpet, and all different thickness of the floor mat. - Battery last good amount of time, and it goes back to recharge when needed. - The dust bucket is easy to empty out and clean up. - Nice to have the replacement brush, filter and magnetic strips in the packaging. The improvement can be made: 1. The battery can be charged faster. 2. Since i have so many area rugs in the house, I wish I could have more magnetic strips for mopping. 3. Wish the machine can auto detect the rug/carpet and not have to use magnetic strip when mopping. The media could not be loaded. I want a robot vacuum and mop to clean both hard surface floor and thick carpet that needs strong suction. I have to say that Tikom G8000 Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner gives me much more than I expected. This machine is sooooo smart, it starts in "Smart cleaning" mode that runs in an efficient "zig-zag path", when hitting in barriers it will turn a little to pass and then walks according to its original direction. After certain period, not sure how it knows it reaches all the cleaning area, the machine will switch to "Edge cleaning" mode to swipt the corners. Though before I tried the 1st run in my living room, I was sure my room was pretty clean, I surprisingly found it just picked up so much debris in the dust bin. Then I started 2nd try to clean my bedroom. The premium quality carpet in the room is so thick that my German Miele Canister vacuum wouldn't work well. To my surprise, this G8000 pro cleaner worked so smoothly without any difficulty, Again it collected lots of dust that filled 70% of the dust bin in 15 minutes. Thanks to the 4500PA strong suction. The cleaner has a beautiful outlook and slim thin size, letting it works well in some low profile spaces. The machine will return to its charging station automatically even if it is in a different room, it will find its way to charge. Also the battery life is good enough. The cleaner works so quietly, especially when it cleans the carpet. I installed the app, WIFI is easy to set up and the app gives you more convenience to control the machine remotely. Overall works great. Wonderful for a daily clean. The mop option doesn't do much. It is pretty much like dragging a wet cloth across the ground. It isn't scrubbing. It does something because it will show dirt on the mop head afterwards. I have two dogs and it picks up the hair. It is cool that it maps your house and you can control it and schedule time for it to turn on from your phone. You can control suction. Whether it vacuums, mops, or does both. I don't like the dustpan setup. There is a door that shuts when no new dirt is entering the dustpan. It seems flimsy like it won't last. I have used it over 10 times. The fall sensor works great. It hasn't gone down my stairs yet. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It lightens my cleaning load. I still do real vacuuming but I don't feel like I need to every day. Update: I've had the vacuum for three months now. The Wi-Fi option that works with your phone stopped working. The remote and buttons on top will work. The app was more user friendly so it's a bummer that it doesn't work anymore. A second thing is it's a lot louder than it used to be. I've cleaned everything out but it seems like the wheels make more noise when it's moving around the house now. ... show more

I got this vacuum as a present after seeing very expensive vacuum and mop robots on TikTok. I’m actually super impressed with this product. For the price it is an amazing deal, it comes with different features that you can adjust in the app such as the vacuum suction level and wetness of the mop. it comes with really great instructions as well as replacements for multiple parts and an app where you can track the battery life, the life of the features, and when to replace them, the map of where the device vacuum, and you can even set on a schedule. I use it for the first time today and I was very pleased. It only got stuck once, but it was due to my own fault. It’s cool that it comes with barriers that you can stick to your floor if you don’t want to go somewhere. I have not tried that, but I just shut the doors of rooms. I don’t need it. overall, it’s a great product, my dad is going to buy one now too! ... show more

For the price it is a great smart vacuum. The app has so much you can do with it. Set schedules and control it. Mop & vacuum. Super reliable and cleans very well and efficient. Surprised how much it picks up. Definitely goes everywhere in my house. And it is super quiet too.
