I like my new Robotic Vacuum /Mop by Tikom! Half the price of others and better tech! It’s great for picking up pet fuzzies daily (I have two cats and two dogs…and I empty the dust bin daily if not more), has spot clean and edge clean features, and can be mapped to your space. It recognized my stairs (no concerns with it tumbling down) and it has no issue moving from bare floors to rugs as long as the rugs do not have fringe and they are not soft chenille (like bath mats) Pick up socks, cords, or small items before using. The mop feature only uses water and does a decent job getting up sticky spots or light mopping. You will definitely still need to mop with a cleaning product to truly get your floors clean. It feels so nice to come home to swept floors and keeps me from feeling like I need to sweep every day. Overall works great. Wonderful for a daily clean. The mop option doesn't do much. It is pretty much like dragging a wet cloth across the ground. It isn't scrubbing. It does something because it will show dirt on the mop head afterwards. I have two dogs and it picks up the hair. It is cool that it maps your house and you can control it and schedule time for it to turn on from your phone. You can control suction. Whether it vacuums, mops, or does both. I don't like the dustpan setup. There is a door that shuts when no new dirt is entering the dustpan. It seems flimsy like it won't last. I have used it over 10 times. The fall sensor works great. It hasn't gone down my stairs yet. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It lightens my cleaning load. I still do real vacuuming but I don't feel like I need to every day. ... show more

This is 3rd robotic vacuum the 2 others were awful! This one actually picks up everything and floor and carpet! It didn't always respond to directional arrows on remote but that wasn't a concern to me. It responded well to spot clean and sweep mop all the needed functions ! This one is worth the money and we'll priced I know this has roller brush THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT IT AS THESE OTHERS W JUST SUCTION POWER DO NOTHING FOR CARPET! Can't believe how well it works! Really gets right next to the walls. The moping feature is the best idea. We have a small dog that is always bringing in the outdoors, but the G8000 cleans up the mess very quickly. The app for the iPhone works great and it's nice to be able to control the robot from anywhere. The app also gives you information on the consumables and what percentage remain (nice feature)! This robot does the job and is the most complete (power suction, mopping, auto-charge, Alexa compatible, battery life, etc.) I could find for such a good price. Of course, you can find self-cleaning vacuum robots with additional features for a higher price, but this one works perfectly fine (especially if you read the instructions). If you have a big house, you may need a more advanced robot with longer battery life. Otherwise, I totally recommend this one. ... show more

4 stars if just cleaning a carpet was the extent of it. It picks up well on Normal. Dust bin fills so fast, I'm chasing the vac down to empty it halfway through a room or emptying it 3 times in a room. Bin seems small. I have no pets. I clean/wash pre-filter after use. Hepa filter was awfully dusty after one use. It doesn't really trap dust, if you don't shake it off it just gets on Pre-filter. Personally, with my allergies, I'm not happy with shaking or brushing dust that's been vacuumed up. Next, the battery life is pitiful. I can't use a setting above Normal or I wouldn't get a room done. Further the thing vacuums the same area so many times, ugh, my frustration! It spent so much time going back under a bed, I thought I'd scream. I have one room that's over 500 sq ft. I have yet to even try that entire room as first, the battery will die before it's even half clean, second I'll have to empty it at least 8 times and third the first time I started it in that room it did a few rows and took off in the opposite direction down a hallway. Lol It has not fallen off the stairs. Yeah! 😒 Thank goodness that I have a Roborock, which I use exclusively downstairs on wood floors and only bought this to help with the vacuuming part of the time and under beds where vacuums can't reach. It looks like I'll be gliding around with the Miele more than planned though until I get rid of the carpet. To sum up: Overall, well made. Doesn't feel like it will break apart bumping furniture. I "might" recommend this for small areas not very dusty and free of pets as the dust bin seems small (imo). Does appear to clean carpet well, even medium pile. Cleans corners on carpets, but misses some areas on wood floors. Goes over and over same areas on carpets like it's lost. Will leave areas undone on wood floors. (Will keep testing this when time allows and update) Short Battery life. There is no mapping. Clean room by room, area by area, etc. App does work so far. Takes a bit of time finding base. (In my case, large area) Have not used the mop feature. Spends too much time and battery vacuuming. Not satisfied with "Hepa" filtration. Does not retain dust particles and instructs you to brush filter. ... show more
