Both products have difficulty finding the base and the purported run time is a joke. One will run for approximately 30 min and the other ran initially but now will not switch to vacuum mode, only roaming the area in circles searching for the base. One lost communication repeatedly. Both will not make a sound when lost and "find" is pressed, so must go on the hunt to find them. Did not map entire floor, therefore leaving 1/2 of the job undone. Returning both units. I'm not sure how this product could receive so many good reviews. I had such high hopes for this product, but alas, it was not to be.

The media could not be loaded. Does the hard work that no one wants to do. This is my first robot vacuum so have no other robovacuum to compare it to. I can say it does an absolute fantastic job at the mopping job, but the sweeping needs some work. It will definitely miss piles of dirt, clean elsewhere and then when it feels like it grab it 😂. I also love that this saves multiple mapping features for your down stairs and upstairs. There are different suction levels which works great tbf. In this video i had to sweep and put everything in a pile, a few times it skipped it but it finally grabbed everything, and still missed a little spot. At the time, the suction was not on the strongest so maybe thats why. Nonetheless, I also wish there were more videos on the set up for this. It does bump into this a few times but it ends up figuring it out after 3-5 times.
