  • Excellent Wet Dry Vacuum with Outstanding Customer Service
Set name: 02_F25_BX
I’ve had this Roborock F25 BX for about a year, and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works just as well as when I first bought it and has made cleaning much easier, especially with a small baby at home. At one point it stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They repaired it at no cost, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. That level of support really impressed me. For a wet and dry vacuum, it isn’t too heavy, making it comfortable to use. The battery life is also very good. My home is about 1,800 square feet, and I can clean most or all of it on a single charge, depending on how dirty the floors are. Overall, it offers excellent performance for the price. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has been a huge help in keeping my floors clean every day. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it. ... show more

  • I’m in love!
Set name: 02_F25_BX
Update: I’ve had this several months now, and have since also used a Saros 20 robot vacuum/mop. This is a good companion to the robot, but because we have gravel and mulch that gets tracked in from our yard and this handles picking up both like it’s nothing and the robot chokes on both, if I could only have one, I’d choose this. Before the robot, it was easy to maintain my floors just by doing a quick once over through our house. Because the brush spins it’s semi-self propelled and is easier for me than using a regular cordless vacuum. I went back and forth on buying this during the Spring sale, and decided to go ahead since it was roughly half off. My concern was another gadget that takes up space and seldom gets used. My reason for wanting to try it was because I have the most wonderful and most dirty young dog. We live on 2.5 acres and part of our yard is wet clay during cool weather. This guy is an outdoorsy dog, as is our older dog, and somehow he picks up an inordinate amount of mud, sticks, seeds, pebbles, mulch etc, and no matter how much I clean him off, the floor gets filthy. I’ve had many dogs but none come close to the mess this guy creates. He’s also longhaired and sheds some. Our other dog crests 1/10 the mess and she’s out as much. (“Why can’t you be like your sister? 😂) So while I can vacuum daily, with our Shark Pet Cordless, the dark vinyl plank needs mopping also, and I just don’t have the energy to do it more than weekly. This has made me feel like our house can be clean again! I’ve used it everywhere over the past two days and it’s easier than vacuuming because it’s somewhat self propelled. It feels lighter than the cordless vacuum, especially since the weight of this is mostly in the base. This cleans along baseboards far better than any vacuum I’ve used, and infinitely better than our old Roomba (probably six years old?) It picks up huge dog hair dust bunnies like they’re not there and doesn’t leave any behind. It also picks up tiny pebbles without issue, without scratching our floor. The suction is incredible. Our floors haven’t looked this nice since they were new, and it didn’t take much effort. I was also surprised how little water is used for the cleaning, and how quickly floors were completely dry. I think this would likely be fine for floors that you want to be careful not to get very wet…this is likely on the level of wetness as a swiffer wet pad. One downside is that our older dog is fearful of a lot of noises and this scared her. The messy dog who doesn’t like vacuums walked along with me (probably trying to undo the work.) Lastly, as others have said, the self cleaning works. The mop roll comes out clean and spotless. Of course, you do need to dump the dirty water cup and rinse it, but it was satisfying how much hair and gunk was picked up. The dirty water cup is small, and there was probably 8-10 oz of dirty water, nothing like emptying a full mop bucket. Early on at least, this is as great a purchase as my espresso machine that I hesitated buying in 2019 due to the cost, and it’s still running strong. If this lives only one year it will have been well worth it for me, but hopefully it’ll last much longer. ... show more

  • no stuck on floor hairs after mopping
Set name: 02_F25_BX
I use it mainly to mop, not digging vacuuming with a wet roller. I like that it mops while it sucks up the hair instead of swirling it around like a traditional manual mop. Obviously this is where the combination concept of a mop vac is needed. In addition to mopping with clean water. Second it is relatively light, yes but still you have to lift around a kind if bulky thing especially when filled with water.. either drag it around. third the self cleaning and drying is great. No chance of having to deal with a smelly mop or sticking things in your washer that might clog your washing machine. The water tank is sufficient to clean my house, mostly hard floors 2225 Sq feet and I can cover even more space and have enough left for self cleaning. Battery life is perfect. I had the lesser battery life model and returned it. This one can easily get an hr as advertised . I usually finish the whole house in like 30 min max running on auto. and have just one battery bar less. I like that I can see how much charge is left Vs lesser model where I was like 15-20 min and nothing is left for self cleaning after use. The dirty water tank is very easy to clean, I wouldn't want to dump hair and residue in my toilet as we do w the bucket concept or have hair stuck on a mop head pad straight to a washing machine. What I do I use a dedicated sink drain strain that catches hair and any little litter rocks and just dump that in the trash. I wipe the dirty water tank parts or let them air dry. The cleaning? Okay it is not going to scrub floors, so if you have dried on Ketchup, chocolate .. It won't do much no matter how many times you go over it and at the highest speed (fast mode) . Yet, it does make my floors look super clean as long as I have nothing stuck on. As far as the effort? It is not a ride in the park . It self propels yes but you need to drag this backwards against it's self propulsion which requires some muscles. i.e going fwd you rest pulling back you work. The wheels while moving is back and forth are squeaky and draggy making me nervous. This was also same crappy wheels on the lesser model Getting under furniture? well it can BUT it needs to be high furniture. It can get under my bed and tables but can't get this thing under night stands because the water tank and the dirty water tank are too thick to pass through. So you still need the manual mop to get through and also it is wide so no way you can maneuver this into tight spaces. Does it really clean edge to edge? Oh yes! I still like this over the traditional bucket and the other manual mops and I have them all including this ridiculous spinner one where you press a lever with your foot to wring the mop head. Oh my what a workout to get that thing to wring out the mop head. Never does and left my hard wood floors too wet. The roborock? Only little water is used and floors dry soooo fast.. night an day! So yes I like this thing compared to the MANY and all kinds of manual mops I tried (I can start a museum) . But it is still not the answer to all my prayers. It really cleans and makes the chore of mopping less underline "less" of a chore. The real negatives: the squeaky terrible wheel, and the force needed to pull this thing each time. On a hot day I sweat. It's self cleaning is interesting. A voice says which steps its taking, eg "please start self cleaning" when you place the mop vac in the cradle, then "checking roller", "drying", sound can be canceled but I like the voice prompts. a brief loud noise then heated drying is very quite. Can't buy the roborock original mop head and filter replacements even off the roborock website . There are dupes on amazon which I purchased and tried their fit and they do. I am still using the one that came with my roborock which I believe would last me a lifetime being that I mop only once weekly. Also Always clean the roller and dirty water tank after each use and my floors only get just dusty with lots of hair and animal fur except for the kitchen where action happens. About the hair? no tangles in their roller and I have long hair that sheds constantly. I no longer have to vacuum after mopping to get rid of the lingering hair. The clean water tank, to fill it, it's a weird fill hole placement. I guess it has to be this way to fit the relatively flat eater tank? I make sure I fill it with water (warm tap water) first before adding their expensive detergent. I only use their brand b/c they warn that theirs is less foamy/ less suds than brands like Bissel's which can ruin the machine. Roborock's detergent is effective and a little goes a long way. I use a little less than the full cap on a tank. Bought my machine about 6 months ago I think, so far no signs of issues. Overall, it does help; more convenient than the traditional concepts but you will still need them for the corners, stuck on stuff and very low furniture. For someone who hates residues left after mopping a mop vac like this one is perfect. Also, I no longer get cleaning services so investing in some conveniences helps. Have a dyson stick vac which I use on carpets sure this thing can vaccum too but wouldn't recommend that, never tried to. But with hard floor? perfect! it doesn't matter what junk is there this thing suck up whatever while it mops. I can see spilling sauce and using this mop vac would be perfect! instead of swirling a traditional mop and rinsing and repeating this thing would lift it off in no time. I recommend it especially as a mop vac if you have much hard floors to mop. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the squeaky draggy wheels, and the too gentle of a roller brush to scrub. ... show more

  • Great Performance — Until It Stopped Charging
Set name: 01_F25_Ultra
Review update: After attempting to go through Roborock customer service for a warranty claim I will just return to Amazon for a refund. I kept getting asked for a serial number off the bottom of the vacuum or off the app. Neither are possible, so this led to frustration trying to explain and email (even with pictures provided) that what they were asking for didn’t exist and I sent the two tags off the device that had serial numbers (fyi those aren’t what they want). Their training seems to be more geared toward the small robotic self driven vacuum and not so much the stick vacuums. After this ordeal I’d rather not even invest in a product that the company doesn’t train their tech support team on or even make it simple to get the product repaired. Original Review: I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. Less than 24 hours after taking it out of the box and using it twice, the vacuum stopped recognizing the docking station and will no longer charge. I purchased this brand new, not refurbished, and while it worked great during the two times I used it, a $500 vacuum failing to charge on the second docking attempt is completely unacceptable. I understand that warranties and troubleshooting exist, but a product at this price point should not stop functioning within the first day of use. Unfortunately, this has been a major letdown. ... show more

  • Solid, easy to use, tons of features
Set name: 01_F25_Ultra
I am in love with this device. I have had JONR and Tineco, both of which died after 18 months. I also have separate steamers. This is far more expensive than those devices, but it has all the features and more in one unit. What it has that is not in a standard mop vac: hot water on demand, DRY CYCLE after the clean!, and the power cord is a beefy, serious thing, not like just a ohone charger. Also, while I hate having apps for things, you can customize the various modes to use more or less water and pressure. It is also built like it will last beyond an apocalypse. I used it immediately (had 75% charge out of the box) to steam and clean my kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom. I am so impressed. Also, the detergent it comes with has no scent, which is huge because one person in our family has issues with scents. It's self propel feature works fabulously. It laid flat to go under a bed and nightstand better than my cordless stick vacuum. I think this may be a gateway product for me. So impressed that I may buy an automatic unit even tho I dont need one now. It is that good. EDITED TO ADD: The self clean and drying actually works super well. This alone is a huge win for me. No more dawn+clorox and scrubbing then 2 day drip dry of a roller ... show more

  • Honest long-term review after months of testing
Set name: 01_F25_Ultra
I bought the Roborock F25 in October 2025, and after months of testing it, I wanted to share my honest opinion to help anyone who is still deciding whether to buy it. I am very particular about keeping my house clean and always choose home appliances very carefully. We are a family of four with three cats, so dealing with hair, dirt, and everyday messes is a constant challenge. The suction power is excellent. It picks up pet hair, dirt, and even liquid spills very quickly and efficiently. My kids often spill drinks, and my cats love playing with water bowls, so this feature has been extremely useful. It also cleans very well along baseboards, which I really appreciate. There are several cleaning modes, although at first they were a bit confusing to me. Most of the time I only use Auto Mode because it works best for everyday cleaning. The Hot Water and Steam modes do clean well, but they leave a lot of water behind. After using those modes, I usually need to go over the floor again with Suction Mode to avoid streaks, especially on tile floors. The battery also drains much faster when using Hot Water or Steam modes. Dried stains are not a problem either — if you pause over the area for a few seconds, it handles them well. The self-cleaning system is very good, the roller dries quickly, and hair does not get tangled around it, which is a huge plus for pet owners. I also accidentally forgot to empty the dirty water tank a few times, and surprisingly there was no strong smell even after a couple of days. My biggest complaint is that it cannot clean well in certain tight or difficult spaces. The clean water tank is located at the bottom, so you need to be careful because it seems easy to damage if handled roughly. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, this machine has made daily cleaning much easier for my family, especially with kids and pets in the house. The suction system alone makes it worth it for me. ... show more

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roborock F25 BX Review: Thoughtful Design Meets Outstanding Performance
Set name: 02_F25_BX
After using the Roborock F25 BX for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is one of the best wet & dry vacuums I’ve owned. What impressed me most isn’t just how well it cleans—it’s how thoughtfully it’s designed for everyday use. The F25 BX is incredibly lightweight and well-balanced, making it easy to push around and carry between rooms. The battery life is fantastic and easily lasts through my cleaning sessions. It also uses surprisingly little water while still leaving my floors spotless. One of my favorite features is the flip-top clean water tank. I can refill it without removing the entire tank, which is much more convenient than my previous Dreame. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference during everyday use. The dirty water tank is another standout. The chambered design separates debris from dirty water, making it much easier and cleaner to empty. Everything comes apart easily, rinses quickly, and snaps back together without any frustration. I also love the larger washable filter. It’s easy to remove, easy to rinse, and feels like it should last longer than the smaller filters found on many competitors. The self-cleaning dock is excellent. Hot-water self-cleaning and hot-air drying keep the roller fresh with almost no effort, so I don’t have to worry about odors or mildew. Pros ✅ Lightweight and easy to maneuver ✅ Excellent cleaning performance ✅ Uses very little water ✅ Outstanding battery life ✅ Flip-top refill without removing the tank ✅ Large clean and dirty water tanks ✅ Chambered dirty tank is easy to empty and clean ✅ Large, easy-to-clean washable filter ✅ Hot-water self-cleaning ✅ Hot-air drying ✅ Easy maintenance and thoughtful overall design Cons ❌ The control panel isn’t very intuitive and takes some time to learn. ❌ The voice prompts sound a little muffled and robotic. Final Thoughts Roborock clearly spent a lot of time thinking about the little things that make a product enjoyable to own. Every part of the maintenance process—from refilling the clean water tank to cleaning the dirty tank and filter—is simple and well designed. No product is perfect, but the few negatives are minor compared to everything this machine does exceptionally well. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Would I buy it again? Absolutely. It’s one of the few appliances that actually makes cleaning easier instead of feeling like another chore. ... show more
