  • Think I've finally found a solution for the almost perfect mopping/vacuum setup I've wanted.
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Finally found a mop vac I like. I have been searching/purchasing different mops (main goal) for a couple of years. I've tried everything from mop/vacs, spin mops, steam mops, etc. Ended up with a Swiffer Wetjet and just refilled the solution bottle and put a washable pad on it. It worked okay, but felt like I was still pushing the dirty pad around. I also had a robot vacuum with mopping and both of the brands left streaks (not cheap brands either. They went back). The spinning mop had a cord which was a pain to have to move it around. So, I was happy to find this mop/vac that was easy to push and pull (older and bad hands), battery lasts about 40 mins depending on the settings I have it set to. I really do like that I don't have to clean the unit itself each use. It puts out more than adequate amount of water and solution to clean the floors. I use it on 4 rooms that lvp and can cover these areas very quickly. That being said, I do run my robot vacs 3 x' s a week, so not sure how it works if you are dependent upon the vacuuming quality also. I will say that I do go with the grain of the flooring as I feel it gets deeper down into the planks as opposed to going crosswise. Setup was easy also. Very few pieces to attach. So, all in all, I think I've finally found a solution to searching for the almost perfect mopping/vacuum setup I've wanted. ... show more

  • Amazing! Amazing!
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Y'all, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Before using the roborock I swept really good. The floors weren't dirty to the visible eye but omg what it pulled up off the LVP hardwood flooring was disgusting to say the least. I'm very pleased with my purchase, its money worth spending and will make my life a lot more simpler. It is cordless, light weight and even self cleans itself. Saying I'm amazed is an understatement. I love it and will be recommending it to everyone I know! ... show more

  • Love it except no battery monitor.
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Despite what everything on the internet tells you there is no battery meter on the GT machine and no WiFi capability. So although it is built very well and works like a dream to avoid running out of battery power before the cleaning cycle ends I clean 2 of my rooms and return it to the dock for cleaning and charging then clean 2 more rooms ,repeat. That is why I only gave 4 stars. The models with these capabilities are far more expensive. This is the 3rd brand I have had. The other 2 lasted maybe 2 years. I expect this brand will be the same so I didn't want to spend the higher price to exchange this one to get wifi capabilities. So i will deal with the inconvenience of not knowing the battery percentage and see how it goes. If this brand lasts more than 2 years then I may pay the higher price for the same brand next time. I do love the self cleaning of the Roborock brand. There is no extra wiping to do behind the roller like my last one and the roller is dry by the end of the cleaning cycle. The other brand I had when the cleaning cycle finished I had to remove the roller and set it aside to air dry then wipe the roller chamber down to remove all the excess residue before it dried on. That is a big bonus to me. I just empty the water dirty water tank and after a bit of charging continue to my next 2 rooms. That makes up for the lack of a battery monitor. I've only had this for a short time so I'll see how it goes. ... show more

  • Another Win for Roboroc
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I already own a Tinico and two Roboroc vacuum/mopping robots, one per floor. When I saw that Roboroc was selling an all-in-one meant for bigger jobs, I had to splurge because I love their other products. 🫣 Being honest, if this was a scale of 1-10, I would not give a 10, I’d give a 9. However, I just can’t lower it to 4 stars if on a 5-star scale. The fillable water reservoir on the base as well as heated dry is such an improvement. The base also has this sort of comb that removes hairs and grooms the brush so it doesn’t flatten. When you’re using the vacuum mop, you can visibly see the fine lines left from the combed roller on your damp floor which is beautiful and reminds me of a professionally vacuumed carpet. It dries without the lines so no worries there. Now for what I don’t like - the fill tank doesn’t tell you when it’s empty, you just realize eventually it’s dry. Take that with a grain of salt since for goodness sakes, it’s a clear reservoir so you can visibly see it. One last note, the battery definitely could do with longer life. If you’re going to offer “Max” mode, I’m going to want to use it four all rooms. 🤣 Great product, simple to use. ... show more

  • Multiple pets? Maybe not. Light cleaning? Absolutely.
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I loved my vacuum mop at first. With 4 dogs of my own and doing a lot of dog sitting, accidents are pretty common in my house. A regular mop just wasn't cutting it. This easily cleaned up messes in just a few minutes. However, there were several down sides that came to light over time: - The roller needs frequent cleaning. Again, with dogs you get a lot of hair. The placement of the parts means the hair clogs up the roller pretty quickly. Not a deal breaker, but something that can be frustrating in the moment. - It doesn't SCRUB the floor. So if something is dried on or really sticky, you will need other tools to clean that up. This vac cleans up loose messes very well, though. - The clean water tank seams separate easily. Within 5 months, I was getting leaks. Now it is broken, and I've had to reorder a new clean water tank. I've emailed customer service. I will update as to what they say. - The dirty water tank is finicky. I've had times it doesn't want to go back in properly, and I struggle. I've also had times when I empty it, go to replace it, and the vac keeps telling me it's full. Honestly, I'm not sure I can recommend this to anyone who has multiple pets. I think it is quite expensive for something that starts breaking when it is less than 6 months old. I think if you do lightweight cleaning, then it's probably a great option for you. But for those that might need it more often, it may not be the best option. ... show more

  • Makes everything reasonably clean effortlessly
Set name: 04_F25_Combo
I love it! I have been using it for 2 months and it is totally worth it! Saves time, reaches everywhere, maneuvers well, powerful like a vacuum should be in contrast to Tineco that is useless as a vacuum. It has a little bit of annoying sound of the wheels sometimes if I pull it to fast, it does not notify when the water tank is empty, and you will need to keep an on the self cleaning as it stops if the battery is low and does not resume, you also will need to clean the dirty water tank properly to make sure it does not smell (means disassemble it and clean every part with some dump cloth), and it is not a magic pill, you will still need to spot clean from time to time, and it takes time to get used to it pulling forward all of the time. But all in all, my floors are more often clean, moping is now a pleasure and the best part, my home mates are now also engage into moping floors and vacuuming car. Pleasant benefits my furniture and other hard to reach places like closet rails are also more clean. I also love the versatility, that I can use the dry one and I won’t need to clean it after the use if it is a small dry mess. ... show more

  • Lives Up to Its Claims
Set name: 04_F25_Combo
This is Wet/Dry Mop Vac serves its purpose and lives up to its claims. My wife talked me into buying this model instead of the Ultra with the steam, simply because she wanted the stick vacuum and handheld. I would have preferred the model with the steamer and app control, but when you mop, it definitely cleans tile and hardwood floors properly. It’s very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The battery life isn’t that great in Max Mode, but that is almost to be expected. I used this after new engineered white oak flooring was installed on the first floor of my house as well as rectified porcelain flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. This cleaned up all of the scuffs and dirt from the workers tracking through the house while working. The stick vacuum does well on rugs and general floor vacuuming. Overall, I’d say to go for the ACE Combo version if it’s in your budget, otherwise, this does everything except steam while it cleans. ... show more

  • Works Exceptionally Well, But Hot Water Would Help
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I didn't return this product, but there are some things to consider. First, if you have no dogs and/or young children running in and out of the house, you'll love it! It does clean and it's sort of self propelled. If you have dogs (we have 2 Bernedoodles and vinal flooring (LVF). They have big feet and even with wiping their feet before they enter the house, there are still minor prints, and over the short span of 2-3 days, the floor will begin to look dull and in need of a mopping exercise. The spin mop works the best because, if hot water and a good detergent is used, the spin mops work well. This device acts like using the spin mop without putting pressure on it. Each pass is cleaner than the other, but if you take the spin mop, keep the water HOT and apply some pressure while you're mopping, generally a single pass is all you need. I generally have to make 2-3 passes with this device after putting hot water in its reservoir. However, unlike the spin mop, this reservoir is small and dissipates heat quickly, when means 5 or so minutes into it, the water has become luke warm, losing the tremendous benefit of HEAT with anything you attempt to clean. I now understand they have a model that heats the water, which I'd love to try and review for you. For this one, if you have big dogs with big paws going in and out, if you run this every 2-3 days, you'll be in good shape, despite the water temperature concern. If you're a bit lazy (me!) and try to use it once a week, it won't work out well for you. Note that I'm talking about dog prints that happen even after their paws have been cleaned outside. They still leave prints that require attention. Further, as stated earlier, if you have no huge dogs that make your floor a bit dirty (daily!) or have small dogs and/or cats, etc., I think you'd like this product a lot. The controls for modes, etc., work as they should and the self-cleaning mechanism works great, too. The engineering of this product is excellent. I purchased it after having purchased their small, round robot vacuums and I consider this device my best friend, because it does an excellent job! We had one of the early highly advertised robot vacuums, probably around 2000, and the technology in this device is so awesome that the two simply cannot be compared to one another. Given this, I had confidence that their mop tool would be good and it really is. If you have big dogs that go in and out, etc.,, I'd recommend spending the $150-200 to purchase the model that heats the water before putting it down. Either that, or you'll find yourself making multiple passes to "lift" the dirt, a process that hot water would benefit significantly. If I am shipped one to review, with my big bernedoodles adding additional evaluation context to the exercise, I'll post a lengthy comparison to help guide folks further. Before closing, note that the device is very easy to clean (2 minutes tops with no scrubbing) and feels very solid, with parts that snap together firmly, etc. ... show more
