  • LIFE CHANGING!!
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Hands down the best gift you could ever gift someone who has hardwood floors. I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and have to vacuum and mop constantly to keep order. The Roborock cuts my cleaning time in half or more and cleans itself after all you have to do is dump it. The suction and speed of the roller are great and worked on all my flooring with ease. Assembly straight out the box was easy. I used a napkin and sprayed and wiped to test how clean my floors were, and it was night and day with no weird chemical residue left behind. BUY IT. Parts to replace or clean are simple and easy too. ... show more

  • Think I've finally found a solution for the almost perfect mopping/vacuum setup I've wanted.
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Finally found a mop vac I like. I have been searching/purchasing different mops (main goal) for a couple of years. I've tried everything from mop/vacs, spin mops, steam mops, etc. Ended up with a Swiffer Wetjet and just refilled the solution bottle and put a washable pad on it. It worked okay, but felt like I was still pushing the dirty pad around. I also had a robot vacuum with mopping and both of the brands left streaks (not cheap brands either. They went back). The spinning mop had a cord which was a pain to have to move it around. So, I was happy to find this mop/vac that was easy to push and pull (older and bad hands), battery lasts about 40 mins depending on the settings I have it set to. I really do like that I don't have to clean the unit itself each use. It puts out more than adequate amount of water and solution to clean the floors. I use it on 4 rooms that lvp and can cover these areas very quickly. That being said, I do run my robot vacs 3 x' s a week, so not sure how it works if you are dependent upon the vacuuming quality also. I will say that I do go with the grain of the flooring as I feel it gets deeper down into the planks as opposed to going crosswise. Setup was easy also. Very few pieces to attach. So, all in all, I think I've finally found a solution to searching for the almost perfect mopping/vacuum setup I've wanted. ... show more

  • Better than Crosswaves that continue to break on me a week after the warranty runs out
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Pros: Better than Bissell Croswave in the sense it picks up all the water. I had 2 Crosswaves go bad shortly after the very short warranty period. So I’m done with that brand. I figured I would try this one out. I wish it had a roller with bristles on it to help actually scrub if you have something stuck on the floor. That’s when I get out the steam mop. All in all, this is good for surface mopping and I used it to refresh my rugs. It has good suction and is self propelled. True edge to edge cleaning which is nice. It’s lightweight and easily maneuverable and tilts side to side. The lay flat is nice to get under the bed. Cons : Only the 35 minute run time in Eco Mode. Max mode is about 15 - 20 minutes . I got lucky that I was able to do all the main floors and rug in the family room before it notified me it needed charged.it really needs a 45-60 minute run time. Guess I’ll just have to use the steam mop for the bathrooms when I mop with this thing. I’m only in a 1500 sq foot home. I wouldn’t buy this for a larger home. If you run the battery to the point it tells you it needs charged, you will have to charge it for 10-15 minutes before it will allow you to do a self cleaning and hot air drying. Then let it charge for 2.5 hours before you can fully use it again. Notes : I would have been happy to buy a version of this with a cord, but everything is going cordless, here I am. I see people complaining about the smell of the dirty tank. It will sour and smell if you leave it in there just like a dirty mop bucket would. Why you would empty and clean the tank after every use is beyond me. I wouldn’t leave a mop bucket full of water sitting. It’s also good habit to use the cleaning brush supplied after each use. I bought the white version at $209. I didn’t see any real advantage to buy the Black version at $150 more other than having a 60 minute run time, perhaps it would have been worth it, but I was staying in budget. ... show more

  • Love and Hate it
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Let me explain... Out of the box, this thing works like a dream! It's almost too good to be true. Easy to use, cleans the floors really well, it's easy to charge, easy to clean dirty water tank, the unit cleans itself (mostly) - you still need to clean some parts as routine maintenance, but it is a great tool for daily use. Now, the bad... 😔 Battery life: it doesn't last very long, and once the unit warns you of low battery, you have very little battery left. What sucks about this, is that you cannot run the self clean cycle on low battery. I often don't get the opportunity to run the self cleaning cycle before the next use because...I forget! And you probably will too. This means the roller gets dry with all the dirt from previous run....yuck. Clean water tank is SUPER delicate. It sits on top of the unit, and any bumps into furniture can cause the tank to leak clean water from the front seam, and you can kiss the whole thing goodbye at that point. The good news is that this company has been incredibly responsive and replaced my clean water tank when I submitted my issue to them. Now, just a few months later, I'm having the same problem, but this time I've been EXTRA careful, and it still didn't make a difference. I feel bad reaching out again reporting the same problem. Hence the 3 starts. ... show more

  • Amazing! Amazing!
Set name: 01_F25_GT
Y'all, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Before using the roborock I swept really good. The floors weren't dirty to the visible eye but omg what it pulled up off the LVP hardwood flooring was disgusting to say the least. I'm very pleased with my purchase, its money worth spending and will make my life a lot more simpler. It is cordless, light weight and even self cleans itself. Saying I'm amazed is an understatement. I love it and will be recommending it to everyone I know! ... show more

  • Another Win for Roboroc
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I already own a Tinico and two Roboroc vacuum/mopping robots, one per floor. When I saw that Roboroc was selling an all-in-one meant for bigger jobs, I had to splurge because I love their other products. 🫣 Being honest, if this was a scale of 1-10, I would not give a 10, I’d give a 9. However, I just can’t lower it to 4 stars if on a 5-star scale. The fillable water reservoir on the base as well as heated dry is such an improvement. The base also has this sort of comb that removes hairs and grooms the brush so it doesn’t flatten. When you’re using the vacuum mop, you can visibly see the fine lines left from the combed roller on your damp floor which is beautiful and reminds me of a professionally vacuumed carpet. It dries without the lines so no worries there. Now for what I don’t like - the fill tank doesn’t tell you when it’s empty, you just realize eventually it’s dry. Take that with a grain of salt since for goodness sakes, it’s a clear reservoir so you can visibly see it. One last note, the battery definitely could do with longer life. If you’re going to offer “Max” mode, I’m going to want to use it four all rooms. 🤣 Great product, simple to use. ... show more

  • I LOVE this vacuum mop!!
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I LOVE this vacuum mop!! I basically feel like an old lady saying this, but I consider it like a favorite toy. Honestly though, it just makes my life so much easier. A friend had recommended it as the best thing she purchased after a recent move, and started recommending it to everyone-- and I'm now recommending it to everyone! I have an in-home licensed salon, where I frequently am switching between hair services and spa services within the same space. Before, I was sweeping and then using a dusting/wet mop to clean the floor of hair clippings before doing barefoot services of pedicures and waxing. So that's what I bought it for, with the intention of having a spare roller to use in the house, to not chance getting hair clippings in the house. Well, first of all a self propelled vacuum mop is saving time, and my back! No scrubbing, and no extra step of dusting up further after sweeping to remove the hair before mopping. All in one step, and the floor is so clean! Secondly, I didn't need to purchase an additional roller for the house. After running the self clean cycle, the roller basically looks brand new. And to test it, I took a sticky lint roller strip to it, and there was nothing on it! I actually think it's fun to clean the floor now. Like a toddler who thinks helping their mom clean is a fun game. I wouldn't probably use it to clean up a big sticky mess. Although I can't speak to how it performs in that scenario. Maybe it would do great if the spill was fresh... I like that the floor isn't super wet after you're done cleaning an area. Dry within 10 minutes or so. So, it's not a huge inconvenience to have off-limits floor zones for the family. I will say, some may find it inconvenient that everything goes into the dirty water canister. You should dump the water outside, not down the drain if you're vacuuming up a lot of debris, like I am with the hair. But honestly, if you're considering it, get it! It's awesome!! ... show more

  • Works Exceptionally Well, But Hot Water Would Help
Set name: 01_F25_GT
I didn't return this product, but there are some things to consider. First, if you have no dogs and/or young children running in and out of the house, you'll love it! It does clean and it's sort of self propelled. If you have dogs (we have 2 Bernedoodles and vinal flooring (LVF). They have big feet and even with wiping their feet before they enter the house, there are still minor prints, and over the short span of 2-3 days, the floor will begin to look dull and in need of a mopping exercise. The spin mop works the best because, if hot water and a good detergent is used, the spin mops work well. This device acts like using the spin mop without putting pressure on it. Each pass is cleaner than the other, but if you take the spin mop, keep the water HOT and apply some pressure while you're mopping, generally a single pass is all you need. I generally have to make 2-3 passes with this device after putting hot water in its reservoir. However, unlike the spin mop, this reservoir is small and dissipates heat quickly, when means 5 or so minutes into it, the water has become luke warm, losing the tremendous benefit of HEAT with anything you attempt to clean. I now understand they have a model that heats the water, which I'd love to try and review for you. For this one, if you have big dogs with big paws going in and out, if you run this every 2-3 days, you'll be in good shape, despite the water temperature concern. If you're a bit lazy (me!) and try to use it once a week, it won't work out well for you. Note that I'm talking about dog prints that happen even after their paws have been cleaned outside. They still leave prints that require attention. Further, as stated earlier, if you have no huge dogs that make your floor a bit dirty (daily!) or have small dogs and/or cats, etc., I think you'd like this product a lot. The controls for modes, etc., work as they should and the self-cleaning mechanism works great, too. The engineering of this product is excellent. I purchased it after having purchased their small, round robot vacuums and I consider this device my best friend, because it does an excellent job! We had one of the early highly advertised robot vacuums, probably around 2000, and the technology in this device is so awesome that the two simply cannot be compared to one another. Given this, I had confidence that their mop tool would be good and it really is. If you have big dogs that go in and out, etc.,, I'd recommend spending the $150-200 to purchase the model that heats the water before putting it down. Either that, or you'll find yourself making multiple passes to "lift" the dirt, a process that hot water would benefit significantly. If I am shipped one to review, with my big bernedoodles adding additional evaluation context to the exercise, I'll post a lengthy comparison to help guide folks further. Before closing, note that the device is very easy to clean (2 minutes tops with no scrubbing) and feels very solid, with parts that snap together firmly, etc. ... show more
