I needed a vitamin, for my teen-age daughter, that includes iron in it, and is easy to swallow. My daughter has no problem with taking these. They have a mint in them that gets rid of any yucky after-taste. (She says they taste like mint tea.) Just what we needed!

I bought these because my daughters MD wanted her to take fish oil for ADHD and I thought this would be a good way to get both that and vitamins in one pill. OK vitamins, very pretty (If that matters haha), unfortunately my daughter didn't like the strong minty flavor so we will not be repurchasing.

These vitamins for teens containing vitamins A, D, Zinc, omega 3 among others, have been an excellent choice to help maintain health and wellness my teenage daughter helps a lot in this stage of hormonal changes and growth with the health of her skin, keeping her bones strong, red blood cell production and a super important thing these days spending life inside her phone, helps maintain vision. These vitamins have improved my daughter's energy and mood. They are easy to ingest and have no taste whatsoever.

I was so excited for my teenage daughter to start taking these vitamins, from the current teen girl gummies she was on. I loved the breakdown of formula. Unfortunately she started getting hives after 2 weeks of taking these. We tried not taking them for 48 hours, no hives, and then took one more dose- hives. Fair warning, I'm not sure what she had a reaction to, but if you or your child comes down with hives and they've never had hives before, it's these vitamins. Disappointed.

This pricey multivitamin for teens seems high quality, and my teenager likes it. I like the idea of combining omega-3 and multivitamins, and the company, Ritual, executed the idea in a visually appealing way by making translucent capsules with tiny vitamin beads floating in the fish oil. Although I have no way to prove its effectiveness, my child has not complained yet.
