Chairs are great. Comfortable and even larger than expected when lounging in them. There was an issue with FedEx loosing two of the boxes but ABCASA stepped in immediately and reshipped us new replacements for the missing boxes. Great customer service.

The price and size of the chair were the most important features to me and this chair met those needs while staying in my budget. I will say that the “instructions” were a joke. They gave very little indication on how to piece the chair together but it wasn’t hard to figure out on my own. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star for me is because the screws for the wooden blocks (feet) didn’t go in all the way. One side of the chair came with adjustable plastic foot screws so I had to remove those. But the chair wasn’t threaded for screws the size of the ones they sent. It was odd but I made it work. I liked the chair enough that it didn’t want to send it back for something that wasn’t a huge deal but kind of a nitpick for people that expect perfection. ... show more
