Goli Nutrition has earned two exceptional reviews: one for the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and one for the company/customer service via Goli. The Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: I learned about this product when a friend pinged me on a FB advertisement. When I learned about the product, I was skeptical that a gummie may be as effective as taking straight ACV shots. However, because I consistently had increased difficulty drinking ACV shots each morning (an issue that's persisted for over 2yrs now), I researched this product, compared with others in the market, and opted to try this one. The information that Goli provides on their website and through their Amazon page presented a product that has been developed with the utmost thought/care, AND, as I read through the reviews, I was impressed with consistent reports of an effective product AND top-notch customer service (the kudos from customers regarding the customer service came from BOTH those pleased with the product and those who felt it didn't work for them - seeing Goli's interaction/engagement with both customer sets built my level of trust to explore this product and, truthfully, when I ordered the product, I didn't expect that they would work). I received my product a few days after I placed my first order, and within two days of using the product, I felt and experienced just how effective it is. These work! (thank God!) I have fully switched over from drinking ACV each morning to taking gummies each morning (and throughout the day, as needed). I take ACV for many of it's health benefits. The one most, obvious and immediate sign these worked for me is that I was able to cease using underarm deodorant within two days of using the product (I stopped using antiperspirants in 2012; and shortly thereafter, I stopped using deodorant too - so long as I take ACV consistently, I have not had use either product since 2012). I now take 4-6 a day, but when I first started taking these, I took the max amount (12/day) to get my body immediately back in the swing of things (and when I can tell my body is having an 'off day,' I do ramp it back up to the max for that day). While taking ACV isn't the only thing that allows me to go without deodorant/antiperspirant (drinking proper amounts of water daily; proper health/nutrition practices; regular activity; etc.), ACV certainly assists my body with effectively killing off the bacteria that make my underarms/body stink. I honestly thought these gummies weren't going to have as much "punch" / power as drinking the ACV shots has for me - they work just as well as ACV shots. Again, thank God! As good as ACV is for me, I dreaded the part of my morning routine that included choking down ACV. The gummies are pleasant, they taste good, and they are super-fresh (e.g. they are not like a dried up gummie that you see at a candy counter - they literally feel and taste like they came straight out of the gummie-maker when you open the bottle). While it would be much more cost effective for me if I could go back to buying a bottle of ACV an continue to choke down straight shots of ACV, I just wasn't able to maintain that routine anymore (the gag response was too intense and it had become a miserable part of my morning routine). ACV is so effective, I struggled through it, but I had to find an alternative. I am a firm believer in INVESTING in myself and my health - and while one of the comments that came up consistently in my research is 'this sure is expensive,' after using this product and experiencing that it is as effective as drinking ACV, I am completely sold on Goli's ACV gummies. ACV has too many health benefits for me to stop using it, and thankfully Goli developed a product that provides me an alternative option to keep up my health routine. THANK YOU GOLI! Goli Customer Service: first and foremost - outside of Nordstrom's, I have never experienced this level of customer service. On a recent order, I had an issue with a damaged product. It required multiple emails between Goli and myself to identify how/why the item arrived damaged. I am literally beyond impressed with Goli for so many reasons: (1) I interacted with five different customer service agents throughout these exchanges, and had I not noticed that the name changed with each interaction/email, I would have never known that I was interacting with five different CSRs - the communication was consistently clear, concise, friendly, and helpful - it literally felt like I was talking to the same person the entire interaction until the issue was resolved. I am blown away. (Goli - you obviously broke the code in how to hire INCREDIBLE representatives for your company AND/OR how to train employees to be exceptional communicators and in such a way that the customer feels as though ANYONE can solve an issue). Each interaction was a gold standard. Actually, whatever level above a gold standard, or above a platinum standard, above the top of the top - Goli has earned it. Goli has literally set the bar at a level that others will seek to achieve - there is now a "Goli-standard." Thank you Goli for an exceptional/effective/high-quality product. Thank you Goli for making me enjoy a customer service experience and for making me feel exceptional about a company (it feels as though this happens that much these days across our world, so for you to revive the feeling of being treated with respect, care and concern - and to do so seemingly 'just because' that's who/what you are - well, I can't tell you what that does for me - it put a big smile on my face and you've created a huge fan and a loyal customer.

I love these gummies because they taste amazing. There have been many times where the internet had told me to “ratio ACV and water” and I had did that and drank it and actually wanted to throw up. I feel like I have struggled for a long time with being bloated after meals or as soon as I woke up and I was just tired of it. Then these goli gummies started getting attention so I decided to give them a chance. When i popped that first one in my mouth, it was like i was salivating. Yes, it does taste like ACV but it was kinda like there was more apple than actual vinegar in it 😂, it was just delicious. So I took them accordingly and I started noticing I'm less bloated and that I have more energy because my stomach wasn’t slowing me down. after taking more consistently, i start noticing I look different in my clothes like, good-different 👀 Ive bought this product 3 times and I will continue to, and you should as well.

Second time ever buying these gummies because they are expensive. I thought this time I'd buy them because I can't always stick to drinking acv daily and the grab n go of the gummi3s made things seems simpler. Pros: not sticky or stuck together like in the reviews. I think keeping them in a cool dry place matters. They taste good, easy to chew. I don't smell anything like some reviewers said. Bottle came new, fresh, not tampered with Cons: the price is expensive, cane sugar is in it it. It's a small amount but too much sugar. The calories are too high to me, 25 cals is alot for 2 gummies. It is only a supply for 30 uses. That goes by quick then another 14+ to purchase again. I don't get the hunger suppressed feel I'd get with drinking acv because the taste is stronger. These gummies taste like candy and hides the flavor mostly so for me it can almost encourage me to eat more of them or look for something else sweet. So if that's also you, you'll want to make sure you stay disciplined when taking these I decided to give these another try but I already know it will probably not be bought again. I think buying acv in the bottle is cheaper and more effective but if you're looking for something easy to try and don't mind the price these may work.

I've tried drinking straight apple cider vinegar before and it was rough — the taste, the smell, all of it. These Goli gummies completely solve that problem. They taste like actual apple cider, almost like candy, and I have zero issues remembering to take them because I genuinely don't mind it. I started taking these as part of a daily supplement routine and noticed a difference in how I felt digestively within the first couple weeks. Less bloating, felt cleaner overall. I can't say it's 100% just the ACV gummies since I was stacking other things too, but these are definitely a consistent part of my routine now. Each gummy has the mother included, which is what you actually want from ACV. Goli is also vegan, gluten-free, and doesn't have that artificial aftertaste some gummies have. Two gummies a day is all it takes — easy to fit into any morning routine. The only "con" I'd give is that the bottle goes fast if you're not paying attention, so I'd recommend grabbing a multi-pack to stay stocked. Subscribing saves money too. If you've been putting off trying ACV because of the taste, this is your answer. Solid product.

I wanted to see what the hype was about with hunger suppression and weight loss of any kind. Nope! I knew in my heart that these were just sugary gummies with a little ACV and they didn’t make me go to the restroom at all whatsoever, I didn’t notice even a hint of digestion improvement and I even tried taking more than 3 a day. It was an out of curiosity purchase. Bottom line is these things we expect come with work and diet changes. If this truly worked you would never see it on shelves but you would see it on the news lol
