Ringside Muay Thai style punching bag weighs more than 100 lbs. when filled and measures 13" x 72" for a full contact, total body workout. Top grain cowhide retains its shape and provides a firm, solid target. This is the classic banana bag that gives very little swinging or movement. A Ringside exclusive 1" closed cell foam liner is included in all of our filled bags to help eliminate hand injuries. Comes complete with Heavy Duty Chain and Swivel.

Love this bag, Used stuffing from 2 old bags and sand bags. It is work to fill it, and it will settle for a little while so I had to top it off a couple times, but the end result is a great banana bag. The design limits swinging so it works in the basement on a mount dead bolted to the floor jousts. Great bag. Made well. Fair price. Problem is, the chains are not pre-installed. It’s super difficult for the average person to close those ends, and if you don’t do it, the bag will come loose easily. This makes zero sense and quite a shame.

Solid bag. Filled with combo of sand bags, rubber mulch and cut up old shirts. Final weight at 130lbs. Perfect feel. Out of the package it seemed like it was at the bottom of the pack as it was pretty packed down. Was worried the leather would not bounce back but once I filled it all was fine.
