These are now my only wool socks. the company, the customer service, the product quality all make this worth the little bit extra for Made is USA socks. I am a men's 11.5 shoe size. I ordered some mediums based on the chart. One style was perfect, the other style was a bit tight on the toes. It may just be me, but I do not like my toes cramped. Fortunately for me, their website allowed me an immediate replacement pair WITHOUT having to ship the small pair back! bought some directly and some thru amazon - price was the same. Not sure what amazon requires for returning opened socks. So a family member is getting a great pair free and I get the right size. Will probably order large going forward. Cannot say enough good things about the look and FEEL of these. Outdoor activities require wool socks - so get yours from Farm to Feet - even the name is cool. I've been buying Farm to Feet socks for about 5 years. I had previously (for about 20+ years) bought The Joy of Socks from The Territory Ahead. They were a wonderful mid-weight all cotton sock that became unavailable. I searched and searched and found these. Excellent fit for my size 12 feet. Good weight. Heels don't wear out easily or quickly. I recommend them as a great everyday sock for fussy men. ... show more

I love these socks and I use them for hiking. Darn Tough socks have gone up too much so I’ve tried these. They are less at the moment but it seems now a days everything is doubling in price. It’s disgusting. Just watch the pricing!

The wool is very soft, keeps your feet warm but not sweaty. I generally dot like wool because it’s itchy, but these are great. The cuff has strong elastic so it’s snug if you have chunky legs. The foot of the sock is thick and a little bit bulky.
