I struggled how to approach this review. The actual product is just what I was looking for and a great value. The chairs look spectacular on my front porch. My disappointment is with the seller. I intentionally paid the higher price for a new set, more than twice the price of a used set. Used furniture is notorious for missing items, incorrect parts and hardware and visible wear and tear. Mine arrived in a beat-up shipping box. When I opened it bolts, nuts and washers spilled out unpackaged. I received a returned product poorly wrapped with tape paper. Bolts, nuts and washers are missing but I was able to find enough saved extra hardware to assemble the chairs. The chairs do not have any damage, I'm hoping the same for the table. I'm keeping the set because the looks, quality to value but I could have saved seventy bucks buying the used. New means unopened in original packaging and includes all the parts. The chairs had obviously been assembled. That's deceptive delivering a lower quality product than described and what I paid for. That said it was worth the frustration for me. Note the photos were taken in artificial light.

What I liked is that the product was easy to put together, the color is beautiful, and material is iron/metal which makes it very durable and sturdy. What I did not like is that the paint finish was faulty on just about every piece. It was too many pictures to take so I just uploaded what I could. The box that arrived was in tact and looked as though it was packed very well. However, when I started unwrapping the plastic from the pieces I found scratch marks and paint chips everywhere. If you order this product and you see those results and decide to keep it, just be advised that those spots will be the first to rust in no time. Update: I have decided to change my rating from 3 to 5 star because unlike most businesses, this company "wants" to build a reputation through having a solid rapport with their customers. After writing my initial review, the company reached out to me and honored my concerns by replacing the purchased items. That was above and beyond my expectations. I am humbly appreciative for the gesture and look forward to doing business with your company in the future.

Just be aware that it really takes two people to assemble. I did it myself and it was quite challenging. I was using my feet, my chin and both hands at one point. Also, the instructions came with the picture on one page and the instructions on a different page, so I was looking at the wrong picture while putting a chair together and it was a disaster and very frustrating. Lastly, the parts and screws were NOT labeled, neither was there a diagram showing the parts and screws and their names, but the instructions refer to the parts and all the screws by letter (A, B, C, etc.) I had to go by the pictures (which are vague) and hope for the best. Well, the best didn't work out and I had to start over. I did finally get it assembled and it's quite pretty. My mother loves it.

I put the table together and there was a dent in the top and it looked like a rip on the edge of the table. I was just using the table to set outside so not worried about it too much. It was pretty easy to assemble and they give you all the tools and good instructions. I haven't put the chairs together yet so hopefully they will be easy to assemble. I love the beautiful color. I got the two chairs delivered early and was worried because the table wasn't with them so I called amazon customer service. I got the table the next day.

Assembly was very, very difficult...visual/picture did not match reality of assembly. It took 2 of us HOURS...very frustrating (and we actually like doing stuff like that!). Color is great yet there were multiple scratches upon delivery. They look good on our porch but seats tend to lean forward, so not very comfortable. I would have sent back...but needed a set quickly so didn't bother. I wouldn't order again.
