Revlon Total Color in blonde is the best I've come across for a box color. I use it as a root touch-up in between salon appts; blends in beautifully with high-lights, extends the length of time between appts. My colorist is impressed too. It comes with the colorant, 10 vol developer (I use my own 20 V) and a fab bonus tube of an excellent conditioner. Lv on for about 30 min, my hair is never dried out. Is getting difficult to find it now, Revlon p-l-e-a-s-e continue making this excellent ammonia-free product. It's a winner.

I love this product! For me is the best hair color. It matches my natural color so well, it does not contain ammonia and the smell is very nice! The only bad thing for me is that I cannot find it in the stores anymore and I can only buy it in Amazon and is more expensive this way. If the prices keep raising, I am going to look for another similar product with a cheaper price.

I used the 70 Dark Natural Blonde color. Great coverage, product was creamy, I didn't have a single drip to contend with. I would 100% buy again. I took a star off because the product came with no instruction insert and therefore no gloves! Thankfully I'm experienced with home hair color, so while I don't know the recommended time exactly, I left it in for 30 minutes and luckily had a box of gloves at home. The box of hair color arrived rather crushed, not sure where along the line the gloves and directions were lost. I had the developer, color, and conditioner. So that was good enough. I probably won't buy this from this seller again though.

I appreciate that the seller had this brand and color in stock because it has been discontinued. I can't find a color that's anywhere near as coppery, pretty, and flattering, so I'm a very happy customer! But there's more. The seller thoughtfully packaged the product in a box with paper so that it would not be crushed. A seller on another platform sent me the same product in a flimsy box and all the contents got crushed. Also, sure a discontinued product costs more. No problem. I went to a salon, and they admired the beautiful color and tried to replicate it and failed FOR 150.00 DOLLARS. In conclusion, with this color, I can color my hair myself by not having to go to a salon. THANK YOU.

As you can see in my photo my hair is white. I am 44. I have had white hair since I was 16. I have always had trouble covering it because I have a red pull to my hair. (thanks to my Scottish grandmother!) I found that using ash on the white covers it prefect. This is my first time using this dye. [REVLON Total Color Permanent Hair Color, Clean and Vegan, 100% Gray Coverage Hair Dye, 51 Medium Ash Brown] I have an event tomorrow and didn't want to go with my white crown. (I know so vain!) I took the chance on this dye. I am pretty pleased with the coverage. It is not great but in a pinch it is fine. And for the price it is great. I paid about $5 for a box. And only used one box on my hair this time. The only thing I really hated about this was the scent. The scent of the dye was so strong and perfume-y. I know most of them have offensive smells. It doesn’t smell like hair dye but it is a really strong perfume shampoo smell. I am super sensitive to scents/ chemicals so it may not be too bad for a “normal” person. On that note most dyes irritate my scalp terribly. So far, this one has not bothered my skin at all. It is still early as I just dyed it today. The scent of the conditioner tube is nice though. It smells like orange/tropical fruity. I actually really like it. It didn’t hide the smell of the dye but it helped. As you can see in the photo my hair is still wet but I dried the roots which was all I dyed. Most of the white is covered adequately. If you look really closely or maybe in a sun you will see the color difference. I left the dye on for 20 minutes. I did not want it to be too dark. But for a quick cover in a pinch its great. ***I didn't have a picture from my today before. But this is how my roots are. WHITE. I didn't have as much new grown today but you get the idea of what I was working with. Overall, this dye is fine. I will try it again. Maybe leave it on a little longer. I took off one star for the scent.
