This is the best one that I found, it looks so nice. It was not difficult to install. I deliberated for quite some time before ordering because my cabinet was a half inch shorter than the minimum they list on the site. My cabinet is 22.75 inches deep. But it still fit easily, I’m not sure why they put that number, so if you’re shy about ordering because your cabinet isn’t quite deep enough, it might just work.

We had to replace our second, base mounted metal slide out unit. A friend of ours had something like this and it just looked a lot nicer and more durable than what we had so we ordered this one. Very impressed with the quality of the wood and hardware. Made in China? Yes, but who cares.....it's very good quality and frankly better than I expected! As for price, it was actually about the same price I paid for the crappy one I had that my kitchen cabinet guy had to special order for me. From that perspective.....excellent value in my book. As for installation, yes, it's a bit tricky because you are working in a tight space and need to be able to get to the back of the cabinet. That said, it really isn't rocket science! Read the directions..........then read them again, and then again, and maybe again before you get started! Understand them and learn them before you start as opposed to trying to figure out what they mean on the fly. Go slow, measure everything three or four times, and have some patience. If you follow the directions, use a level, and measure distances properly it shouldn't take more than an hour or two. I had to redo things once or twice to get it just right but it looks great and works flawlessly. And I'm not a carpenter!!

This is nicer than expected. Since we have custom cabinets it took some extra work to get it installed. The directions are more complicated but watching a you tube video it’s a lot easier. It’s a great pullout once you get it installed!

The quality of this Rev-A-Shelf pull-out is excellent. The slides are heavy-duty, smooth, and feel very solid, and the finished product looks like it came installed from the factory. Installation, however, wasn’t as straightforward as the instructions make it seem. My face-frame cabinet had a slightly smaller opening than the recommended minimum, even though there was plenty of space inside the cabinet. To make it work, I had to fabricate full-length spacer boards for the slides and slightly modify the inside edges of the face frame for clearance. If you have a standard frameless cabinet, installation will likely be much easier. But if you have a face-frame cabinet, expect to spend extra time measuring, making spacers, and possibly making minor cabinet modifications. It’s definitely a project for someone comfortable with DIY work. Once installed, it works flawlessly. The pull-out is smooth, sturdy, and makes much better use of the cabinet space. The extra effort was worth it, but don’t expect it to be a simple “bolt-in” installation for every cabinet.

I bought this because we our old one the slides broke And we couldn’t shut it. It was one of those anchor on the bottom wire ones. The orginal was installed in 2006 and til 2023. Which is good. However I didn't like the way those were set up and was looking for something different. I found this one. While it is more expensive than the wire ones I like this one way better. I like that the slides are on the top and holds the garbage cans from the top as well. In my opinion they slide better even when there is a ton of garbage and it doesn't fall behind. It is also super easy should something fall to get out instead of reaching behind the cans you just and to go under. Super easy to install. The only thing I do not like is the gap between the door and the holder. If you are not paying attention and have a small piece of garbage it will fall through the opening and you have to pick it back up.

This is decent quality; the visible top is made of actual wood with plywood below that. The entire frame is steel, including all the mounting brackets. Some of it is softer steel, but steel nonetheless. There is very little plastic. To some extent you can even tilt/swivel adjust your drawer door after final mounting to get it looking perfect and closing perfect. Instructions say 45 minutes for installation, but I spent 2 hours including removing the old one and cleanup. Tools required include a level, a drill, a pencil, a ruler and phillips screwdrivers (I used a cordless.) A small magnetic hand level was ideal. The supplied bins are fair enough. I am glad I bought this and definitely like the results.

Excellent product! Installation is easy with basic tools. I used my cordless impact and cordless drill. Adjusting the door is easy. I set mine a little higher than recommended so I could place my box of new bags underneath. Highly recommend if you want this type of cabinet.

I ordered this for our kitchen redesign. Cabinets are solid wood face, and 18 years old, so irreplaceable if i messed up. I did need to add blocking to the back of my cabinet because it is a counter deep one. I also waited to attach my new cabinet pulls until trash can was installed to get the handle placement right. Extremely sturdy, great slides, and rolls well(once i edited my cabinet face.) I did measure, but my old cabinets where just two millimeters off on each side(just enough that it didn't slide in and out without scraping). I fixed this by using a Dremel tool and "sanding" the two sides at the face install location on each side, ONLY where the bar was screwed. Trial and error made it take about an hour to install. I really love it now that it is in. I recommend a solid door pull, centered on cabinet for ease of use, as it still has a bit of friction.my own critical is the back bag is hard to get out when full, as the unit doesn't pull completely out. But I still love it. And the plastic bin sizes are a good size for a family of five.
