  • Terrible product
Plug and play feature does not work as advertised. Remote controls unable to connect and do nothing except blink. Waste of money. Tried help feature and contacted service number on package insert only for them to suggest to return the product, now out side of the return window.

  • It's my childhood in a box
So had issues with the first one delivered but got that taken care quick and easy. Unboxed it made sure all the parts and pieces were there. Looks really basic but well put together for the most part. The directions are real vague but it's pretty easy to figure out what all to do. Plugged everything in and fired it up. There are a TON of games. Now granted most are duplicates of the same game. But at the core there are still a crap load of games. I like how you can search and it will get you where you need to get... I also love how it have them separated out by platform. Definitely makes it easier to decide what you want to play. The save feature is nice. Having a way to label it in game would be great. Instead of just having to remember which numbered file is for which game you saved. But not a deal breaker. Game play is as expected with an emulator. Some controls are glitchy but kinda makes the experience even better. It's games from the 8 bit era ... Everything was glitchy lol. Don't like that you have to unplug it each time you're done playing. Having a switch or auto power off like the controllers do would be nice. And speaking of controllers... really nother to say here... it's freaking PS2 and three style controllers... come on now... the feel great. Lightweight due to the fact they are just stripped down versions of the original but having to use batteries helps counter balance that. And the range on the dongle for the controller is pretty low. But depending on your set up shouldn't be to bad of a fix. For me I'm buying an HDMI extender to run it a Ross my room which will help game play and the unplugging issue. All in all. Great times for not a lot of cash. Lots to explore and the ability to load more is just awesome. ... show more

  • Very fun
This system is very fun. The controllers are not the best build, but seem to hold up just fine. The selection is insane... however, be warned, some of the games included do not actually work. Also (and I am saying this a US buyer), many of the games are in Japaneese, Chineese or European languages... so there may be some translation issues. All in all, a great deal though. ... show more

  • The controls are not that great
Tons of games. The controls/buttons are not great when playing super Mario Brothers. Will not let me run fast and jump at the same time. Lots of games though.

  • Do NOT buy
Product does not perform as advertised. The graphics are fuzzy (no 4k upscaling as advertised), the controllers have noticeable input lag and not all the games work. The psone games in particular run much slower than normal making those games unplayable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS CHEAP GARBAGE.

  • My brother says it’s the bomb
I brought this for my brother who is in the military and he said that he is hooked on the games. I am so glad that he has some other things to keep him entertained. He also said this is a great gift for couples who want to just have fun at home.

  • Update-only lasted a few months
I loved this device but after just 3 months and minimal use it no longer works. I’ve tried every multiple times to get it to work again and all I get is a black screen. I’ve seen some bad reviews on this device but my experience has been great so far. Yeah it’s a ROM dump of nearly more than half of the games just being variations from other countries but all the classics are in there. I haven’t had any issues navigating the system. Huge library of games! They are titled oddly but after a while it’s easy to figure out what’s what especially since you can save your favorites to a separate folder/tab which is an awesome feature. I’m skeptical by nature but have been pleasantly surprised by this and have already been playing it for hours with my son. Totally worth every penny! ... show more

  • Controllers don’t work good
Half the time the controllers don’t respond when you push the buttons. This is very frustrating as I was looking forward to having my kids play the games I grew up with. They just get frustrated trying to play Mario and it doesn’t jump when they push the jump button. Very Disappointed.
