My first attempt at buying a replacement for my beloved X-box was met with immediate heartbreak as I couldn’t get the disc drive to even open. I contacted Amazon and was offered a replacement. I was upset but I understood that with refurbished items, you sometimes have a dud. The replacement arrived within days and at first seemed much better. It actually opened! Twice. After playing one game for several days, I decided to change games and it wouldn’t open. I eventually managed to get my disc out after several minutes of trying, but I didn’t quite trust it, so I allowed the device to close without a disc. I’m glad I did, because it never opened again. This time when I contacted Amazon I was only offered a refund. I will of course take my money and run. The fact that it was the exact same part that failed twice in a row leads me to believe that their quality control is seriously lacking. Would have been five stars but not 100% happy with the way it was shipped. I would have thought there would have been more bubble wrap. Sounds like a piece of plastic is broken in the xbox. The box was also damaged. It work fine.

    • Doesn’t read disks. Doesn’t play games.
The whole purpose of purchasing this was to play Xbox 360 games. But it doesn’t play ANY games. It turns, I’ll give it that. But besides that, it doesn’t work. I waited a long time to get this. All for nothing.

All towels are not identical. I could not fit my power cord on this Tower and it was different all in the back. I had to send it back
