    • Playstation 2 let the games begin
Finally decided that I must own a Playstation 2 Console at an affordable price so I thought I would take a chance on second hand (Used) Unit. The seller shipped fast and I received the console in just four days.It was packed well. The console was the older "Fat unit" which was just what i wanted.There was also a Sony wired controller that was included. The console works flawlessly and ii am presently playing I C O. a very graphic beautiful game that puts the hardware through a good test. The only problem i had was the start button not working on the controller. This would have been a problem, but the price i paid for the console was fair and i was able to secure another controller from my neighbor. I am sure I will be able to fix the problem with the controller once i open it up and troubleshoot it. There are some games that play without needing the start button (GTA SA). Anyway it was probably an oversight and i don't hold it against the seller. A working console is what i set out for and i got it. I give the seller 5 stars. ... show more

Bought mine from Seller Cartridges Galore. I'm located in California and this product got to me in about 2-3 days - WAY before the arrival estimate by Amazon. I was really concerned buying a used PS2 because you really don't know what condition it's going to be in. I decided to go with Amazon instead of a yard sale because you can read reviews from others. When I got it, it was EXTREMELY dusty and grimy looking and I was worried. I wiped it down, blew it out with some air, and wiped it down again. Then I threw in an old Crash Bandicoot game and voila`!! Works perfect!! I haven't tried putting in my old memory cards yet, so I can't give feedback on that. Seems like a really solid console. My old PS2 was a slim, but I think I much prefer this one. You can hear the fan going, but so far after being on for 3 hours, it's not super hot or anything so I'm guessing the fan does it's job! On a side note: the Seller was awesome when I had to contact them about something minor. They responded within 12 hours, admitted they were human, and took care of the problem a.s.a.p.     • Faulty Controller but Console is great!
Ordered from the seller Yoomwa? Zoomwa? Ill edit for sure later. Product came on time and I set it immediately up. The packaging was great lots of bubble wrap. I got the console both cables and a controller. The controller was and off brand controller but that didnt Bother me. The conole had a few minor scuffs and dings but thats to be expected other than that this was the prettiest ps2 ive seen in a long time. The cables were in good condition too but I used my own for my tv. The console turned on great and was actually quieter than expected which scared me. The home menu looks frozen but you can access your memory cards just fine. I popped in a game and it booted up just fine. So far its a great console. The off brand controller does not work, but luckily I still have my own to use. Ill update if anything else arises but on a first look its doing great! So excited to play my ps2 titles again. ... show more

I bought a PS2 for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it! We tried buying one from one of our local game stores and we had a bad experience. We made atleast 6 trips back and forth because they gave us the wrong cords or something was broken. Eventually we asked for our money back and they gave us store credit. So, I turned to Amazon in hope of finding something that would actually work. After a lot of scrolling and reading Reviews I came upon this ps2. The seller had a lot of good reviews, but I still felt a little hesitant. After two days of pondering if I should buy it, I went with my guy and bought it. And boy am I glad I did. When my boyfriend opened it his first impression was “wow it looks brand new” everything was packaged very nicely and everything works like a charm. So happy with this purchase :) ... show more

    • Excellent condition, clean, works great
WOW!! This game system came to me in better than advertised condition. I wasn’t too concerned with outside wear/tear or scratches, just that it was in good working order. I was prepared (with cleaner/cloth in hand) to have to clean up the system or cords because you never know. Thankfully I had no issues. I received a very well packaged, spotless console, that is working beautifully. The seller even threw in two items. What a nice surprise, thank you for that. This was bought for my 20 yr old daughter’s birthday (and my teenage son). We’re having a blast reminiscing the days we would play for hours on the weekend. Can’t say enough good things about this seller. Nothing negative about my experience. Would definitely buy from this seller again. WE ARE SO LIT!!!! ... show more

Some of the buttons, on the controller, didn't work. There was no 8mc memory card or Bonus random game included.
