After reading some reviews I was worried that it was a hit or miss with the console working. The Xbox came 2 days after I placed my order (without prime) and 2 weeks before the estimated arrival time. The box was a little banged up (probably from shipping) Everything worked as it should. I have been using the Xbox for 3 days now and everything works fine. The 4K is amazing but be sure to turn it on in settings. My only complaints are the console came covered in dust and had a small dent on a corner. After a quick clean it looked good as new. I’m not sure what normal xboxes come standard with but this one had 200gb of pre installed data which seemed a bit excessive. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

It looks like part and pieces of whatever they had. Not in an original Xbox box. But in a USPS shipping box and then put in an Amazon shipping box. Really sketchy. The unit is scratched and nasty looking. The Xbox makes a loud noise while running. Its noisier than boiling water . Probably indicative how much energy was put into the fans not being replaced or cleaned. refurbished. not so much. The unit does not work plugged into the modem only wireless. For 90 more dollars I bought an Xbox One X. We'll see how that goes. ... show more

This item arrived 2 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition! The controller included was drifting a bit during play- I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement! Would definitely buy from them again! Excellent service and item!

Less than 90 days and the triggers on the controller stopped working. Everything else I was happy with, hopefully this issue gets resolved easily.
