The first thing I noticed is that it didn’t come with none of the cords after taking two hours to set it up then I noticed that the controller that I had to buy would not pair with the system then the system start glitching all within one week. I had to return it. It was super clean so they did take their time cleaning it, but the product didn’t work. ... show more

I understand that I purchased a used Xbox and that is not gonna be perfect. This thing is gross. It is caked with dust and or cigarette smoke or most likely weed smoke. I'm not scared to open these devices up and clean them. I was really worried I'd find bugs in it, but no bugs and the system works. This system wasn't even defaulted all the old user accounts were still on the device. Overall I'd say I got what I paid for. Just wish I knew more than "good" condition. Not exactly what I'd call "good". It was more along the lines of it works for now. In the condition it was in. It was definitely not far from over heating with how much dust was caked in this device. I don't want to hurt the seller with a poor start rating because I ultimately got what I paid for. Its more like it sucks the way Amazon had the item listed. ... show more

I knew as soon as I picked this package up at the mailbox this morning. I was not gonna be happy. It had poor packaging once my son, and I got home to set it up right off the rip when opening the box, the consul is not sent with a true Xbox controller like this post stageS. The appearance of the Xbox is terrible. Oh, but now for the good part!!!!!!!!!!!! Once my son gets it out of the box and starts hooking it up. We could tell that the HDMI port was really loose.( the spot where you plug it in to the back after fighting with it for over 20 minutes we never could get it to connect so now I have a very upset eight year old that doesn’t understand why his mommy would buy him a replacement Xbox that doesn’t even work mind you this is the same kid who just lost his Xbox to someone breaking in our home so to the seller thank you for making a bad experience even worse on myself and even more on my son he’s done nothing but cry all evening !!! I truly think that I deserve a replacement and my refund!!! But that is it gonna happen with shady people. ... show more
