It’s really awful! This is not a refurbished xbox, actually this is just a second hand rubbishy! The surface has lots of scratches and covers dust. I can not believe Microsoft is so cheap and even does not wanna change a case for the refurbished Xbox.

Purchased the refurbished Xbox One because we are of course on a budget but still want to provide my daughter with something special for Christmas. We have had no issues with the equipment, it looks brand new and was well packaged. Definitely a good option if you're on a budget. One note- is if you intend to give as a gift the box is very clearly marketed as "Refurbished" so you couldn't pass it off as "new" ... show more

Had it for two days when it told me to unplug my Ethernet cord. No Ethernet cord was ever plugged into it as I use wifi. Basically useless at this point and Microsoft kept giving me the run-around on the warranty so I just bought a PS4.

The power box it came with was defective and I had to purchase a brand new one. The wireless remote buttons are at the bottom i cannot use the back or down arrows. I called to get assistance with my power pack and i was completely disappointed when I got my replacement order. They were completely different. The new one was heavier and the light immediately was green when I turned on my Xbox one. The original one never has had a green light and always made a noise like it was a motor or something. I felt like i should have gotten the new power pack for free. The associate i talked to to fix the original was talking like i am an idiot and i dont know how go listen to directions. I literally was mad. That was money that i could've kept in my pocket. SMH ... show more

The sync button did not work and I could not connect any of my controllers or the one the xbox came with to make it work. considering the price I was expecting to at least be able to use it. The seller refused to send me a replacement and had an attitude about the xbox not working almost blaming me. DO NOT TRUST THE AMAZON RENEWED GUARENTEE amazon customer serivice will not help you because this is sold by the seller and not amazon itself. I bought this for my little brother and this was an extreme disapointment. Also it was extemly scratched like they ran a metal pad over it. ... show more
