I was hesitant on buying this refurbished Xbox One X console because of the horror stories I have heard about renewed ones. I took a chance on this one and it has turned out to be great! The console was very clean and had no visible marks or scratches on it. Although the controller did have a scratch on it but it did not interfere with game play. It did not come with the original retail box but did have the necessary accessories to hook it up. I was surprised that it turned out to be a great buy after all. Overall the system looks great basically new and I have not had any issues with it. Prices are finally decent for these now when I got this the packaging was very damaged like bad. Product was fine. I'm writing this about 6 years of owning it and it still works perfectly funny enough. There at times and be some kinda bug where it lags then just crashes all together but it's quite rare. Still had it for so long and don't wanna spend $500 for another ugly console that has very little difference in playablility. ... show more

    • Problems
When I got the xbox one x I plugged it in updated it and it powered off after I played one match so I turned it back on looked online to see what could be happening. There were a few suggestions of airflow and ventilation and a couple about power strip issues. So I moved it from my power strip to the wall and move I'd all the way to the edge of my desk. Played 2 matches and it powered off. So I turned it back and and put my fan 2 ft from it and pointed directly at it directly at it. It was only shutting off while running a game and the last time I was at the home screen and I was done. When I messaged the seller about it the first time it was late but by the time it powered off the last time I wanted nothing more to do with it. So I requested a refund this was all done within 3 days i printed the label friday dropped it off friday. I recieved the xbox on the 22nd and had repackaged and shipped it the 24th. I have still been talking to the seller about how I was sorry I had asked for a refund I dont like sending things back. The said that it was under warranty through microsoft and I should send it to them then if they cant fix it get a refund. This is unacceptable to me if you advertised a renewed xbox and send it to someone it should work or they get there money back. They recieved my xbox on 04/28/2020 it is may 2nd and they just asked me for the tracking number? Amazon gave me the label so I'm sure they also have a copy of the label that was sent and I have yet to hear about my refund. This is frustrating. ... show more

    • A Very Satisfying Purchasing Experience
The seller answered my one question about the Xbox promptly, shipping was quick, the console shows no signs of wear and works perfectly so far 🙂 The controller is obviously not original to the console, as the controller is lime green and console is black, but that's a minor quibble, as it works well and is something of a conversation starter. After reading horror stories online about refurbished gaming consoles, I'm happy to report that, for the price and good condition, this was a pretty great deal. After seeing many mixed reviews I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished Xbox. In the end I decided to go through with it. My main concern with it being refurbished was that many consoles didn’t work or turned on just fine the first time but the following time it stopped working. I’ve had mine for about a week now and it’s been working very well. Coming from a first generation Xbox One to the One X is quiet outstanding. I play on a 1080 TV and the quality of the picture is outstanding, it’s more clear and smooth. One down side is the price. You could get a brand new Xbox X for that price. I ordered this product last Friday and I'm impressed with it to be honest. It loads the games fast theres no lag or glitching going on. It runs very smooth for being refurbished. It does help if you get a cooling extension for the Xbox it doesn't matter what version you have Xbox's just run hot sometimes. Overall though great buy, definitely a decent price could be lower but really worth the quality of the Xbox One X. If your wanting a really good system with good graphics and runs the games very smooth and DON'T wanna pay like $1,000 for the Xbox X series then THIS XBOX IS DEFINITLY WORTH IT!!!! ... show more

Got this a replacement to my XBOX1 system died the shipping was fast and easy got ti a day early and i love this it works and looks great so far no issues. The controller works good and doesnt seem to have any trouble as of yet well worth the money and fits the bill.
