My main concern with it being refurbished was that many consoles didn’t work or turned on just fine the first time but the following time it stopped working. I’ve had mine for about a week now and it’s been working very well. Coming from a first generation Xbox One to the One X is quiet outstanding. I play on a 1080 TV and the quality of the picture is outstanding, it’s more clear and smooth. One down side is the price. You could get a brand new Xbox X for that price. The seller answered my one question about the Xbox promptly, shipping was quick, the console shows no signs of wear and works perfectly so far 🙂 The controller is obviously not original to the console, as the controller is lime green and console is black, but that's a minor quibble, as it works well and is something of a conversation starter. After reading horror stories online about refurbished gaming consoles, I'm happy to report that, for the price and good condition, this was a pretty great deal. Very pleased. Arrived as specified. Packaging was as if it was brand new. Everything was included. It hooked up easily with no issues. The only down side is firing it up the first time. Needs to update its OS. Something with with the games. Updates take awhile. Suggest you do that right away and give it several hours. Overnight would be best. Haven't had this unit even a year and it now doesn't work. I have tried to contact customer service through manufacturer and Amazon support with no response!! Literally impossible to get in touch with anyone. My 12 year is very disappointed as he has not been able to play for over 3 weeks. Should have never bought this off of Amazon. At least thru Walmart i could talk to an actual person! ... show more

Xbox one X was bounced around due to very bad packaging, bow was crushed. But it still worked and wasn't damaged. I would say to seller find a way to pack your items better before shipping.

My package showed up earlier than expected, and was obviously packed with care. The unit was in 2 layers of bubble wrap, plus even boxed and sealed twice. It has been working perfectly. Highly recommended.
