This review is for the S-01-3P model. I am extremely pleased with the quality of construction and features of this sauna. This model has a heater on the floor for your feet which is very nice and it has two cup holders. This sauna comes with two back rests that I feel are a necessity for a sauna. Bluetooth speakers provide very good sound. Remote for light control is nice. It comes with an oxygen ionizer which is an accessory most saunas don’t come with. It comes in a very sturdy crate and packaging that protects the sauna. It is a nice size for two people and heats up in about 15 minutes. The leg room inside from back to front is 30 inches and with the backrest you have about 24 inches of leg room. (No problem for us.) Also I am very pleased with the support I received from Restisland after the purchase. It is very easy to assemble but these tips might help. Make sure you have a dedicated 20amp 120vac outlet available. It is rated at 1860 watts at 120 vac. I installed it on carpet so I put a 4’ by 4’ piece of plywood on the carpet which helped with assembly and gives us a 1’ step off area. On the side panels there are very narrow strips that have no stain on them. (About 3/16 inch) Make sure the front and back panels cover the unstained strips before latching the panels together. Plugs are all labeled on both ends to make connecting the wires simple. I like to call this sauna just plug and play and enjoy.

The great workmanship made this sauna room a piece of art. It looks great and smells great! More importantly, it feels great!!! It is easy to install. My husband and I spent only two hours to set it up. It Heats up so fast. I enjoy it! I would like to recommend this sauna to everyone who is considering purchasing a sauna!

UPDATE: Delivered--Surprise! This came on time as notified, in a nice crate, with no damage at all. It is a very nice unit and I do recommend it. I will not knock the product, since I haven't used it. I will mark down the vendor for not being clear on the electrical requirement. This requires a dedicated 20A circuit to run. I was told it worked on the standard 15A three-prong plug. I do not know why Amazon does not require all sellers to clearly list the amperage and plug requirements on such a costly, heavy, and beautiful product. I have seen other videos and reviews where people are surprised to find out they need a dedicated 20 Amp circuit for these to run. Now I have to send it back. It will be too expensive to run a 20A dedicated line where I want the unit to go on the upper level. I wish I knew this before ordering; and, unfortunately, I had to unpack the entire box to find a 20A plug on the bottom of the package. All in all, this is a great looking unit. Wood is smooth and looks very sturdy. The finish is very nice and would work well with most any decor. I really liked the unit as it appeared. It a shame that it turned out to be a waist of energy and time. Original Review: I rated this predelivery review a "2" because the ad shows 11 "all-5" reviews on this product. However 10 of the reviews are for a back rest and not the sauna. This is very deceiving, very unprofessional, and should not be allowed. I took a chance on ordering this sauna anyway because of PRIME, and will provide an actual customer review, top to bottom, after I receive, assemble, and use this item. I am trusting RESTISLAND is a reputable vendor; otherwise I will send this back within the 30-day window (praying I do not have to do that). So far, the delivery is shaping up to be very quick. Again, I will provide information on any vendor contact (good or bad) in my update and delete/replace or adjust my review rating as appropriate. NOTE: The electrical requirements are not listed anywhere in the ad. I had to call Amazon to confirm this item is 110v 15A (USA), which is what I was looking for. This, too, should be clearly printed in any sauna ad information/photographs to avoid "customer surprises" upon delivery and needless returns.

Very well packaged and fast delivery. No problems assembling. Could be done with one person, but best with two. Easy to clamp walls to each other. Clamping the glass, front door to the walls took a bit of time to align all edges since last piece to install. Used a hammer and block of wood to get the alignment. Electric cables were easy to connect as everything was labeled. Unit works great. Love the lights. The unit heats up rather fast and it does get hot. The appearance of the overall sauna is great.

This thing rips!!! Took my husband an hour to unbox and build. Got up to 150 degrees in about 20 minutes. The sound system is awesome and the changing lights are a great touch. High quality. Very please with our purchase. If you are second guessing, GET IT.

It was super easy to assemble. It did come with the standard 15amp plug. The speakers are loud bur definitely not high quality. It takes about 30 minutes to get in the 140’s which is a bit inconvenient. The size of the 1-2 person model is not really big enough for two people. It is about the right size for an average sized person. The worst thing is the lack of infrared panels in the front section. The bottom panel below the seat simple does not get the heat level hot enough to keep your legs or feet warm. Some other brands have a panel at the feet and panels on the sides that go down to the floor. I got this one because it had Prime delivery but I wish I would have spent a little more and waited for a nicer one.
