Comes with two keys, but the lock is cheap and the key falls out while you try to open or close the lock. Rather have a different way to latch the door. Easy enough to assemble, directions could be a little better. Other than that it’s a beautiful terrarium. Oh!, vent is kinda flimsy. It falls out if you turn it too far, think i might try some silicone glue on, one side, not sure if it will work. If not I’ll just glue both sides. Don’t want my python to get out. But still I love the terrarium, would buy it again. It’s beautiful when you finish decorating it. They really should find a better way to keep the doors closed.

If you do make the mistake of buying this terrarium, first and foremost, throw away the garbage white gloves they include in the box, because they will give you even less grip than your own bare hands will. While assembling this terrarium, the corner of one of the panels barely grazed the metal frame and the entire panel shattered. This has gotta be some of the weakest tempered glass I have ever worked with in my life. Repti Zoo does NOT sell replacement parts for their terrariums, per their own CS email. Thankfully, the panel that broke was a bare glass panel and I was able to secure a custom replacement through a local glass shop. If it had been one of the door panels, the entire terrarium would have been for trash heap. Definitely do not buy this if you have children or irresponsible adults in your home. I will NEVER buy a Repti Zoo terrarium again!

I recieved my terrarium 3 days ago. I set it up and its very nice and scacious. One of the black supporting legs was broken. I dont know if someone dropped it en route or it was hit when loading, etc. It's just unfortunate. The tank itself is very aesthetically pleasing and very easy to operate. I would reccomend placing the base on the surface you want it to be on and build up from there if possible. Just keep in mind that it is 3 feet tall. Holding temperature and humidity seems to be alright. I keep my house at 68 degrees and with 1 ceramic heat emitter and 1 UVB light set on top, the average temp is right at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I mist water once a day and in the mornings, about 14 hours after misting, the tank is measuring about 55% humidity. My juvenile Grand Cayman iguana enjoys the extra space so much more. We upgraded from a 55 gallon and there really is a much bigger difference. I recommend this terrarium to anyone who is looking for one, but be warned that it may come with some broken plastic pieces. I have not tried to comract customer service yet, so i cannot speak on how the company will handle it.

I had my veiled in a open wire cage. I misted several times a day. this got my walls wet as well and did not keep the humidity up. I ordered this cage. He has more room. My misting keeps the humidity where it needs to be and the temperature is easier to maintain. It has loads of room for live plants and decor. I love it. Reccoomend!

I got this tank for my Speckled Kingsnake and he’s been loving it, it got here in perfect condition, it was VERY well wrapped (almost too well). The only issue I’ve really had with it, is the bars to hold up the glass walls aren’t threaded completely. Only one of the bars was fully threaded, so the other 3 stick up way higher than they’re supposed to. Either the threading issue is with the bars or where they screw into the frame, but either way, it leaves about a 1/4” gap at the top that makes me a bit nervous given how thin kingsnakes are. Outside of the threading issue, this tank is fantastic, and I’m so glad I got it for my little man.

Got this for my python who loves to climb vertically. She has been far more active and happier to be out and about to bask. Not too difficult to put together. Hopefully this can be a good forever tank because she can explore far more. Roomy and fantastic. Make sure you purchase plenty of vertical features for your reptile to enjoy the space.

I can’t get the two front door glasses to line up properly on closing. I have to prop them both upwards and shove them in together and luck to get it to stay shut. :( it’s gorgeous and I’m excited to use it but super frustrated so far
