This replacement seat was an easy drop in replacement for my size C chair. Took all of 10 minutes to swap out, and most of that time was spent dusting the chair off. I had no idea my house was so dusty. After about two weeks of use, it seems to be holding up well to my fat carcass.     • Worth the Investment
I purchased a used Aeron from a consignor several years ago, for daily office use. Over time, the seat frame began to crack and pop, and eventually just gave way. I was worried about replacement, but this seat was easy to install (I did have to buy a set of metric Hex Keys), and has worked with zero problems since installation. It took me about 20 minutes to unpack, read instructions, disassemble the old and reassemble the new seat. At $250, this was a sizable investment in a chair that I bought for $350, but its significantly better than scrapping out and buying new. I hope this will last for 10+ years now; and based on the quality I've seen so far, it should! Also, shipping was impressive--arrived a week EARLIER than expected! ... show more

so far so good. 6 months problem free hopefully this chair lasts me another 5 years that's all I'm asking for considering i bought it used and had it for 3 years before the old seat gave up.

Ridiculously expensive, but market rate and still massively cheaper than a whole new chair. Exactly as listed, arrived in perfect condition and appears to be brand new. Removing the old seat and replacing it with this new one took a few minutes, metric hex wrenches and a 10mm socket. It included a pre-installed foam pad which I did not expect. ... show more
