There's not much to say about this regarding "features" as it simply does one thing, which is hold a boom pole in place. However, sometimes simple is best. You will need a C-stand with a "knuckle" to attach this cradle to the C-stand. I actually have two of these, as they are affordable to have as a backup or when I need to rig up a second boom pole. There are more elaborate options for boom pole cradles, but I would rather put my money to other things. You can't go wrong with this one.
