    • Intermittent connection on one particular camera

Of all four cameras, for some reasons, one particular camera often could not make Wifi connection to the hub, whereas the other three cameras have no problem making Wifi connection to the hub. Obviously, it is a quality issue. One of the three working cameras located at about the same distance from the hub as the "bad" camera always works fine. On the positive side, the App for this cameras system is very good. Too bad that one of the four cameras does not work 99% of the time. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star rating. Update: After contacting the customer services, the issue of one intermittent connection problem on one particular camera has been resolved. I was on an overseas trip recently. I was able to monitor all four cameras via Wi-Fi. Given the excellent customer services, it certain earns its 5-star rating. It would be an added bonus if the Home Hub that holds the memory card can erase the old video files via the App. ... show more

Installing home hub and the camera were breeze. Solar panel keeps the camera at 100% for most of the time. I have connected my camera to my Mesh Wifi instead of hub's wifi and camera stores the videos at hub without any trouble. It's been only a week of use, like it very much so far.

The image quality was great, but the motion detection notification appeared kind of late from when motion was detected. Also cameras sometimes took a while to stream the live feed. While streaming the live feed, it was also kind of slow and laggy and not quite in 'real-time'
