Lets just say this thing is a beast! Wow I am impressed with how great of a job it does. Had it not even a week and it has cut grass higher than itself and did a great job cutting. None of this huge clumps of grass when your down, it mulches everything. Best way to describe it is its a lawn mower with a bush hog cutting system on tank tracks. I call mine Tank! Earlier today I had some real badly grown up fence line with small trees and plenty of wines and wild berry stickers. I sent it in and lost sight of it yet it didnt care. It cut everything it ran over and before I knew it that whole large area was all down and easily able to get a regular mower in it. It did a real awesome job. Now delivery was a real pain. The first day of the delivery window I seen an 18 wheeler going slowly past my house but it was during a torrential rain storm and I sure didnt want to go out in it but he never stopped, just slowly drove by. Few days later I get a message that they tried and was unable to deliver or contact the home owner. That wasnt true for I was home and the phone didnt ring. Then about a week later, waiting home every day for them to call, they finally called and wanted me to meet them somewhere. I said no, I had nothing to pick it up with. Finally they gave me a deliver date and time window and the driver was here early and he did a great job unloading it and moving it where I needed it. Even tho the driver was great, the whole experience was not positive at all. Un-crated it and drove it to where I could get power to charge it with and let it charge over night. Next day took it out for a spin and had a major issue that solved itself. I used cruise control and when I turned it off I had no forward or reverse control. Like the channel was dead. It would do left and right all day long but no forward or backwards. Turned everything off including the two breakers. Then turned it all back on and everything worked again. Since then not a single real problem Occasionally will get a cloud of white smoke when it bogs down but checking the stick this morning it was a bit on the over serviced line but not by much, just a little and I expect it will continue to give occasional smoke bombs for many years to come.

I bought this because my yard is uneven and on a hillside. This mower worked great, although my yard has challenges that even this can't reach, it did really well. I flipped it once and it wasn't phased, just started it back up and kept going. It's cold blooded and doesn't like to start for the first time of the day, but after the first start, restarts are no problem. It's well built, instructions/user manual leaves a lot to be desired but it's not terrible.

I really like the product and I would definitely recommend it. Here's why I gave four stars vs. five, within week one of having the lawn mower, I could no longer use the start button from the remote control. I have to do the manual start on the actual machine, which is fine but disappointing.. They also have 2 buttons on the remote control that they do not explain their purpose of in the manual...So! I still don't know what those two buttons do. Lastly, there are no tutorial videos or product reviews videos on how to use this product, or how to repair this product, or even how to properly care for this product. There's not a lot of product care details in the manual, its extremely basic and general, so you're kind of flying blind because the manual is very underwhelming, it could definitely use some consideration for new users.

I like the mower and the way it mows. There is something wrong with my mower, as the lights just came on and will not turn off. I contacted the seller and they said to read the manual that did NOT come with the mower. When I told them I had no manual, they sent a picture of some of the pages of the mower showing the obvious, that you would use the light switch to turn off the lights. I told them the switch would not turn off the lights. They said they would get with an engineer and get back to me. Been a couple of weeks and I have heard nothing. I am thinking either the switch in the remote is bad, or the control board on the mower is bad. Either way, this is very concerning. I am afraid that either of these parts going bad will render the mower useless unless I figure out a way to fix them myself. I don’t know how to fix them myself, so, I guess I will mow with the lights on and hope this is the only problem. Beware, if you buy this, you are on your own if something goes wrong, so consider it as buying an “as is” product that you will have to figure out on your own.

This unit is hands-down better than my other (auction) mower. This is the latest and the best. The steel is thicker, the electronics are awesome, the blades are way more substantial, it has single point track adjustment, more horsepower, better air filter...and the drive motors are significantly more robust. The shipping process is complex, but they absolutley did not flake and it arrived with an intact crate, fully charged and ready to drive after a quick oil and gas fill up. Don't fool around, these folks use CEVA to ship and it is kid-glove treatment. If I can find a new home for my auction machine I will be getting another from these guys... Now if we can just get them to sell spare parts...

I have a conspiracy that products shipped directly from manufacturers in China are being targeted with bad reviews strategically. I have so far mowed 4 acres of rough terrain. The product doesn't need instructions because most of us should be mechanically inclined. use your brain it has an alternator The alternator charges the batteries just like a brand new phone you're asked to make sure it is topped off before first use if the alternator can't keep up and you're running it hard and you didn't charge the batteries we have a problem the first time you use it that will result in damaging the batteries. it comes with a breaker a den rail breaker remember on those types of breakers Red means on and green means off or tripped. comes with an extra belt two sets of extra blades including the ones already on it. The plow has to be more than 15 lb. if I were you I would do what I did and remove it and replace the bolts with pins for quick install and removal. this will allow your mower to run a little faster and put less strain on the motors. The remote takes USBC charging. The remote and mower were at 100% when I receive them on charge. The engine started immediately again if you know what you're doing in regards to the choke. Make sure you put oil in it I may have overfilled and burnt off oil for about an hour and a half or this could possibly be oil left in it during shipping not sure never smoked again after that. everyone says it's slow The speed is faster than you can speed walk. so consider how long it took you to mow certain areas on foot and just speed that up a little The cruise control and zero turn cuts more time out and the fact that you can drive backwards in some instances cuts a large amount of time out. My property also has Sandy areas and the tracks handle this ridiculously well. I'll put it to you this way The classic John Deere compact tractor should be scared for a 10th of the price you can have one robot Chinese mower one Chinese mini excavator and one Chinese skid steer. if you're like me and your wallet is more important to you then worshiping the orange man by this mower save yourself time and money. Make no mistake this thing is not made cheap it is heavy duty when I rolled it into the garage I ran it into a 20-ft roll of carpet and it moved it like nothing and rammed it into the wall. I expected the blade to be something thin like what was available on the magna track it is not it is extremely hefty. so far I've cut through cactus small saplings about a quarter in diameter (somr much larger than that I don't recommend unless you know what you're doing) I also found that the area of the blades attached to have an extra hole to move them out farther this will make it so your engine bogs down more if you move too fast so again don't move them unless you know what you're doing but doing so will gain you about an extra four more inches in cutting radius. The LEDs are ridiculously bright. I would recommend doing what I did just to help you not run over things and for safety reasons get a backup camera that has over 100 ft range in Milwaukee M12 battery adapter for it the screen and have yourself some fun.

i bought this mower to mow areas where it is not really safe for people with a mower, and definately not a zero. plus with the ground waspe, i don't have to worry about being stung as i can operate this at a distance. the unit i have has a blade, which while it can move snow, it can also safeguard the blade by keeping you from hitting large objects missed in a pre-cut walk through. that is why i got it more than anything else, but now i am finding more uses for it. i got the thing, it went 100 feet and stopped working correctly, the company asked for video, do not use amazon to send a link to watch video, amazon will not share that with the people that need it. i was provided an email for someone and i used that. i was sent a new rc module (wow, that was fun) and a hand unit. it did not work, and the engineers with the company jumped on fixing that. i have a video on what was done to correct it, search, zzzmower repair, to watch the video. would i buy this again? with the customer support, yes. with the speed at which the assistance came, definitely yes. would i recommend it. with qualifications. first sober people as this mower is a work horse designed to function in rough terrain and will not stop because you are in front of it, or your pet won't move. to anyone who is not a fool, i would say it is a good investment with an ROI that would be hard to know. it just can do so much for you

Happy with this mower, done good. Hit a rock and the back Gard came off, I think chain's would be better. Look to replace with chains, then it will be 5 stars
