Mower is pretty much taking everything I throw at it. I have some very steep slopes with uneven areas and treads have come off a couple times. That's not fun but I have tightened them on about as hard as I dare hoping no more repeats of that. A maintenance schedule and illustrated parts breakdown would be nice to have. The "owner's manual" leaves much to be desired. Anticipating future replacement, I have tried to find a local (non-China) source for 150mm treads. Only thing I can find with a US source is 180mm treads, which might fit, dependent upon the side-side width of the links. As noted in a different review, use blue thread locker on the clutch handle or you will need to use a metal detector, like me, to find it under the brush you cut down.

This product is dangerous. During the first use, one of the support plates for the flail mower broke off and shot out the front of the mower, thank God we had the good sense to make sure nobody was in front of the mower. We made another support bracket out of 1/4" stainless steel plate which worked perfectly and the other side broke. I reached out to the company for parts support and got crickets. I do not recommend this mower to anyone. If Amazon would have let me submit this review with zero stars, I would have, it does not deserve a star.

I'll try to come back with a follow up review but so far I'm impressed. Delivered yesterday and it seems good quality. Metalwork is solid, parts seem like good quality. I powered it up right out of the crate and drove it around, the remote and the machine are easy to use and fired up right away. Mowed a few test patches and it hacked down the tall grass and thistle with ease. Very happy with the purchase so far

I will write an actual product review later when receive the product but I need to review Ceva Home Delivery first. I get that an 800 lbs pallet cannot be delivered by UPS, FedEx etc…. But this company Ceva needs to rethink things. I got a robo caller and recording asking me to pick from a list of days with a window of 9AM to 2PM. I get excited and pick the first available date and take off work. So on the schedule day while waiting I start having questions about the lift gate and pallet jack etc and decide to call the robo caller number. The customer service bot recognizes my number and says “we are sorry but your shipment has been delayed in shipment. Please select from these new dates for delivery.” So I take off another day of work and after waiting well into the delivery window decide to call Ceva again. I get the recording apology again and asked to select a new date; but, this time there is an option to press 0 and talk to a person. Turns out the robo calls start as soon as the shipment arrives at the destination port or something and robo calls have no input on where you are or what needs to happen before the schedule has any basis in reality. Now that I got a real person, she tells me a live person will at my local Ceva warehouse will call me. So the genius that instituted the robo calling agent was either clueless or does not give a damn about the end consumer.
