The air chamber on one side of my Sleep Comfort 360 split king (Twin XL x2) sprung a leak just after the warranty expired. I spoke to Sleep Comfort customer support, and they explained that they do not sell replacement air chambers, either directly to consumers or via service technicians. They said my only option was to buy a complete new mattress. I'm glad I thought to search on Amazon and found the REM Air System replacement air chambers. The REM Twin XL fits perfectly. It arrived today and I had it installed half an hour later. It works and fits just like the original, and it appears to be constructed of heavier material. Way cheaper than buying a new mattress. It works perfectly with my personal comfort air system and it's cheaper! Wish I had found this earlier. It's not easy to find a narrow twin mattress nowadays. I used this to make a small daybed/sofa and it does a wonderful job!

Became aware of my original product defect and immediately got online and ordered from REM Air System after I chatted online about my situation and support staff immediately called me instead. This is a GREAT company and they are patient and walk you through scenarios to double check problem. Anyway ordered and was here in a couple of days. Am very happy with the new air chamber. Much cheaper than Sleep Number product and looks more durable also.

I have a select comfort bed in my motorhome, one side had a major leak that couldn’t be repaired easily. I found this air chamber and it was half the price of a used select comfort air chamber, I thought I would give it a try and I’m glad I did. It worked perfectly. I did need the extra coupler the seller offers, but I didn’t know that until I went to install the mattress. It was late at night and I emailed the seller to request the coupler piece, I didn’t expect them to reply until the next day but they responded immediately. They even gave me info so I could go get a coupler locally to save time. I ended up waiting on theirs to come in, it worked perfectly. I just cut off some of the OEM hose and then the new push lock coupler slides into the old hose and connects to the new hose. No leaks at all, and I’m able to sleep on my bed again instead of the couch. Thanks!!!
