There are no instructions included. There is a flap that goes the full height of the table/step. This is designed to go UNDER the hot tub. Thus, we'll see how sturdy she is after the next time it's drained. Currently, it makes a decent table, but stepping on it is anything but secure! It wobbles like crazy! I figure the flap will provide SOME stability - how much is yet to be seen. ... show more

It's a bit pricey for something you just blow up and set to the side of your hot tub, but it does prove to be durable. We have some vineyard cats who have taken up residence in our backyard and one loves to climb on the ledges of our pool and spa, and surprisingly, this side table is made from a thicker type of plastic, so it doesn't seem like she'll be able to easily pop it. We used an air pump to blow it up, that worked out fine and it sits right beside our hot tub with no issues at all. We use it to hold our drinks and snacks mostly, but every once in a while, I'll sit on it before/after getting out of the hot tub and it holds my weight (200lbs) easily without sagging or changing the shape whatsoever. ... show more

We tested the RELXTIME Inflatable Hot Tub Side Step, it's been a useful addition to our outdoor spa. One of the main benefits of having the step is that it provides a designated area to wipe your feet and get ready before and after using the hot tub. Which helps keep dirt and debris out of the tub. This inflatable piece of furniture is very wobbly and not as strong as I would like it to be. Seeing as how we are wet when we get out of the hot tub, I would hope to have a piece of furniture to climb on that was a bit more sturdy

    • Seems a great product
I figured this would need to be made really well and with some great material for this to work. Seems it is! Craftsmanship and quality seems good here. We are using this now for a little bench and extra seating by our pool now. Glad we have this!
