Very nice tub with 2.5 inch thick walls, large for 4-6 ppl. Setup instructions in my opinion need reworking to make it easier to understand with better figure illustrations to follow. We fell in love with the size and design of the tub but were disappointed as the heat pump was not functioning correctly in heating up the tub. I attempted to get a replacement but was instructed the entire tub had to be returned. If I were to purchase another I feel the smaller tub 2-3 would be better with the size of pump for heating. We’ve had this hot tub going on three months now. We set it up in our garage. We absolutely love it. It varies one Or two degree when the bubbles are on. But with it being in our garage, it holds temperature very well easy to maintain. We did however, buy replacement filters to go along with it so that we can keep them changed out more often. it only heats to about 89 degrees, leg room is all rite, there's no jets, only bubbles coming from tiny holes in the lining. the pump dont work. i would not buy this again!!

First of all, we live in upstate NY. It’s cold to say the least but this hot tub was relatively easy to set up. The videos you get from the manufacturer are not for this model but the instructions are pretty simple to follow. Definitely recommend using a padding underneath in addition to the one included. In cold climates it’s going to take about 3 days for the temperature to reach above 90 if you set it up outside. The jets are awesome! Super relaxing. We enclosed the area around the hot tub because of the cold but so far so good. The heater is quieter than expected. Once the bubbles turn on there’s a squeaky noise but not too disturbing. I’m only giving 4 stars because we’ve had it set up for a short period ... show more
