Customer service is worthless making unit useless

Customer support stinks. The unit came with the parts package opened. I found the washers loose all throughout the box. I checked and double checked the packaging for the soft spacers and they are no where. Tried to get the parts shipped without having to return the unit. What a nightmare and if I want to replace the unit, I have to return this one first and wait for another. I want to start exercising NOW not in another month or so. So angry!!! Going to try home depot tonight to see if they sell these soft spacer things. Don't buy from Relife unless you are willing to take your chances or have no problem fixing it yourself.

Love this, at work in the summer I’m up and down a ladder a lot so I noticed how it affected my abdomen and legs , they were looking good lol so I looked for a machine I could afford that would mimic what I’m doing to help me get in good shape which will help me be better at my job naturally at home as well and feel better physically , it’s a great feeling when your body moves in a good flow easier movements strengthening muscles that may not be normally used as much different times of year, instead of huffing and puffing from the extra weight I’ve put on I am feeling better all the time and have incorporated other simple exercises to keep all my muscles strong and working properly that’s important as we go through life we go from a kid active and moving everything every which way to less movements for different muscle groups as we go through life’s different chapters we need to stay active it makes a difference In Your quality of your daily life your attitude and in preventing injury’s And encouraging better healing time so this machine is a great addition to my life get some stretch bands for your arms and legs too their another great tool to use!

Not worth it.

Get what you paid for. My wife wanted it. It says it would hold my weight at 250 but I highly doubt it will. Makes a lot of noise when the steps go up and down. It does not fold flat. So not really a space saver. I would not recommend buying. The handles are very flimsy and would not hold up to a vigorous workout.

Can you say, “I feel it in my thighs!”And 😲 wow, this baby works out great for my family’s athletic abilities. Our weights range 220- 275 heights 5’2” - 6’2” and the machine is stable for us all, though it has no suction to the floor so it will, tilt back with you if your not stepping on the pedals, in your upright form. It’s no biggie, you’ll see what I’m describing when you purchase and assembly is easy as it’s easy to use. It’s very beneficial but take it easy at first. That thigh stretch, oh yeah We feel it❣️👍🏾🙌🏾✨ I have it just sitting in the middle of the family room like, “hey step up for a go at it!” And we all do just that, each time we pass thru or just out of boredom 🤷🏾♀️😊‼️Portability is cool, it has no wheels as Purposeful as we wanted a strong and stable structure as for various weights.
