  • Great workout equipment for home!
Color: Black
I just received this Relife stair stepper and I am very happy with the quality. It was easy to set up and feels very sturdy. It fits perfectly in my living room and provides a great full-body workout. Compared to another brand I previously ordered which arrived damaged and felt like poor quality, this Relife stepper is much better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable home exercise gear! ... show more

  • Pretty good option for leg and cardio workout.
Color: Black
I’m oftentimes on the lookout for options to expand my exercise routine, especially when it comes to cardio and leg work. So when I saw this stair stepper for one fifteen, I was happy to give it a try. While this item is fairly easy to assemble, the instructions are much lacking in good illustrations and details. Additionally, the tools and fastening hardware had spilled from the packaging. Fortunately, the box was well sealed. So nothing was lost. The machine seems to hold up well under my 5’11”, 190lb body. However, I found the extensions for the arms to be poorly designed. There are measurement lines on the arms to line them up for tightening with a screw knob, but there are no holes. That makes it difficult to precisely match the lengths for the arms. And even when you firmly tighten the screw, the arms still tend to move out of position. The way the springs attach to the machine isn’t ideal in my opinion. I find that it doesn’t provide a great deal amount of resistance. But after doing enough repetitions, I began to feel the burn a bit. So it definitely works the legs and gets the heart pumping. The pedal designs are a very nice feature. They are wide and provide multiple angles of position to help target the lower leg. In conclusion, this is a fairly sturdy and decent machine. It provides a very good workout, is easy to move around, and came at a decent value, under one twenty at time of ordering. The only real issue is the connection of the arms, but it’s still a 3.5 to 4 star item. And it’s especially useful for adding some variety to leg day. ... show more

  • A learning curve worth climbing
Color: Black
I’ve been trying to work more low-impact cardio into my routine without dedicating a full corner of my home to a large machine, so this stair climber appealed to me for its footprint alone. It’s compact enough to tuck away when not in use and easy to move around without help. That said, it does not feel like climbing actual stairs. The spring-based resistance gives the motion a different quality than I expected, and it took me a few sessions to figure out how to position myself, how hard to step, and pace my steps in a way that actually engaged the right muscles. It’s not intuitive right out of the gate. If you step on expecting to just go, you may find yourself a little baffled at first. Once it clicks, though, it does deliver a real workout. One thing to be mindful of: if you push too hard or move with too much force, the machine will shift or lift off the floor. You have to stay controlled and deliberate, which is something to factor into your expectations going in. Assembly is where things get more involved. My husband handled it, and it was noticeably more challenging than typical furniture assembly. It’s not impossible, but plan for more time and patience than you’d expect. Overall, for just over $100, this is a pretty decent value, and the compact footprint is a real perk if you’re working with limited space. I’d recommend it for someone who doesn’t mind a trial-and-error period and wants an affordable, space-conscious option for light to moderate cardio at home. ... show more

  • Not worth the money, disappointing quality
Color: Black
I had high expectations for this stair stepper, but unfortunately it didn’t meet them. The overall build feels less sturdy than expected, and it doesn’t feel very stable during use, which makes workouts uncomfortable. Assembly took longer than it should have, and some parts didn’t align perfectly. The resistance also isn’t very consistent, so it doesn’t provide the smooth workout I was hoping for. For the price, I expected better quality and performance. It might work for very light use, but overall it was a disappointing experience. ... show more

  • Easy assembly - questionable handles
Color: Black
This was a pretty quick and simple build. Everything fit together as it should, and no issues with malformed parts or holes. The little computer is pretty simple, but useful. There are 3 springs to offer varying resistance, and 3 foot angles as well. There are no real instructions on how to use this piece of equipment, so you may have to rely on videos found online. A nitpick is that the long arms with the handles do not have any holes to allow an adjustment screw to keep it in place. It's stated in the manual that the act of Holes was deliberate to allow potentially any height needed. What this does is allow the handles to rotate, and not stay secure. This can be annoying while using the device when the handles start to rotate. ... show more

  • Good Workout, But Arm Adjustment Slips
Color: Black
Overall, this stair stepper gives a really good full-body workout and feels solid for home use. It was fairly easy to set up, and I like the adjustable resistance and step range. The only issue I’ve had is with the arms; the red knob doesn’t tighten enough to keep them fully in place, so they tend to move during use. It’s a bit frustrating while working out. Aside from that, it’s a great machine, and I wish the arm adjustment were more secure. ... show more

  • good buy
Color: Black
It works really well — exactly what I was looking for. There are two ways to use it, but I like the one where you move your arms and legs at the same time, so I can work out my arms too. It’s sturdy, quiet, and gives your legs a great workout. Now I don’t have to bother going to the gym anymore!
