Everything you need to start walking after pulling it from the box. It included 4 pads for cushion on the floor and oil for each 3-4 months or so. I am very happy with it. Would recommend highly.

The media could not be loaded. Rather than be offered a refund or a new walking pad I was offered a 50% refund. With each step this made an annoyingly loud creaking sound. And on top of that when the speed was increased the motor started to make a sound. Customer service suggested checking screws to see if they needed tightened and to wedge something into the treadmill. Seriously? Motor issue not addressed at all. Insinuating I was unable to correct the problem when other people have been able to. How many complaints like this do they get? Perhaps the company makes money by selling a cheaply made product and giving out only partial refunds? (I’m 5’4” and 176 lbs)

I've never had a walking pad before, but I was hoping this would help me get in some much needed steps either late at night after the gym closed or during the cold winter months when the snow makes it so discouraging to go outside. Things I love about it: - It does have a very slim profile and fits underneath my couch, so its not an eyesore and doesn't get in the way, even in my tiny apartment. - The control panel is simple and intuitive, and the remote works great. After a few uses, I don't even have to look at the remote to change the settings - Its great for setting up in front of the TV and its very easy to walk while watching an episode or two My only problem with it was so slight that I thought I could get over it, but its just become more and more annoying – every time I step, I can feel the band slow down the slightest amount under my shoe. I don't know if this is just an issue with all walking pads in general, as I understand they have a less powerful motor than full-on treadmills. But it makes me just a little nuts every time I use it.

I was skeptical to order one of these off of Amazon but so glad I did! Price is so good for what you are getting. Product comes fully assembled and is extremely easy to use/ move around. One thing I don’t like is the include is manual and not automatic (as I had thought). Not a huge deal but kind of annoying I can adjust incline with a remote. Other than that highly recommend and has changed my work from home for the better!
