These are my absolute favorite multivitamin. They don’t even taste like vitamins - they taste like fruit snacks! I have a really hard time taking pills, so I’m a big fan of gummy vitamins but most taste really gross. These changed my mind and I have been able to consistently take them daily for 6 months, and plan to continue for much longer. I’m very picky about taste and texture of gummy vitamins. These are more like the texture of a gummy bear, which I prefer, so they don’t gush between my teeth. Taste is good, not too strong. This Multi doesn’t make me nauseous like some other do. I’d recommend it!
