I'm picky about pans. This one is indeed non stick and not covered in the teflon that scratches easily. I use it 2-3 times a day and it's still in perfect condition. I even left some food in there on low and forgot about it for long enough to burn liquids to the bottom. Expecting I had ruined it, I washed it off and saw it didn't do anything to it all and just came right off. So easy to clean, a washrag will clean it or a sponge. It cooks eggs like nobody's business and everything else just fine. The only thing I want is a lid that fits it perfectly- but for now I just drop a large lid on it and it sits fine. Will be buying the smaller pan too.

I have had these skillets since Nov.. When they first came, I absolutely loved them. They heated so well and they truly were nonstick. I felt they were the best skillets I have ever had. So much so that we gave away all of our other skillets. We always hand-wash the skillets. After 3 months ago we noticed they were starting to become nonstick. A month later, they are no longer nonstick. They became useless after mos. So disappointing. Fantastic the first two months and then downhill. I would not recommend buying unless you do not mind replacing in two months. For the record, we only use spatulas that do not scratch at all and always store in the nice cover bags they provide so they do that get scratched up. Because of how much we liked them, I bought another set just recently in the hopes that these ones were just defective. I would like a full refund on these as they are past the Amazon return dates as 2-3 months is not acceptable as how long the pans should last. Hoping this just an isolated incident. The new ones are working great but they are less than a week old. I hope the new set will worj as well in 6 months as they do at 2 months.

These have been really great in the past year of ownership. I dont know yet how long they will last, but they are still nonstick and really make cleaning after cooking much easier. No warping has happened and the three sizes are perfect. I got some universal silicone and glass lids to use with these pans and its been fantastic too. I have it four stars because I recently tried another brands cookware , but it was way too expensive when compared to this. This is a good value for sure.

I’ve been getting ads between games that show HexClad cookware and I have been quite impressed — but the cost is sky high. I gave in and bought only the griddle pan for $139+ S&H. I love it. Then I saw these RedChef pans on Amazon and decided to try them to see if they are anywhere close. The RedChef pans are awesome! I’ve been using T-Fal for years and am becoming more and more concerned about shedding PFAS. I knew it was time to replace them and did my research. The look is very professional, the weight is sturdy and the honeycomb interior is smooth as silk. And I can’t tell the difference between HexClad and RedChef. An EXCELLENT purchase.

I got my order fast in only a couple days. Its heavy duty and I liked it immediately! I cleaned it fast and put water in it and put it on our gas stove to get the water hot and get anything that maybe on the new pan, off of it. After the water got to bubbling I cut the heat off and let it cool. Later in the day i poured the water out and noticed the stainless bottom on the outside non cooking part of the pan had dark stains from the flame hitting where it would and will when cooking. I let it cool again and tried cleaning the stains off with no luck? The inside portion of the pan seems fine but I hadn't tried to cook with it yet. I just didn't think the stains would happen on the first flames to touch the bottom of the pan? The next morning I cooked some breakfast and it stuck to the new "non stick" pan? It was easy to scrub it off but not a great sign of non stick?

These are the best non-stick pans we have ever used. We were actually surprised with the quality of the pans. The pans are somewhat heavy but this enhances the quality. The weight makes them feel sturdy and they sit flat on the burners. The handles are metal but do not get hot. One thing that was a surprise was that the pans require a lower burner temp than pans we've used in the past. This took some getting used to and we had to remember to turn the burners down which adds to the efficiency. Also, nothings sticks to the pans and they are super easy to clean. The main plus is that my wife loves them!
