I got the set yesterday. I immediately made bacon and today I made breakfast. I was impressed that nothing stuck and it was so easy to clean. What I don't like is that the bottom of the pans are not flat and probably will affect the heat distribution. All the oil ran to the sides leaving the center totally "dry" - it would be good if I was making donuts (LOL). I had to watch closely and manipulate the food to ensure it cooked evenly. I used low/medium heat with my new induction stovetop (which I just got and love). I will cook a few more meals to see how it works with the uneven bottom. I may just need to adjust how I cook. Since they are a nice set for the money and I am willing to try because I really like the set. It looks and feels well made and they are the perfect size for my needs (traveling). If it doesn't affect my cooking, I will leave the 5 stars, if it adversely affects my cooking, I will return and re-evaluate my star choice.

I love this Redchef ceramic cookware set! The nonstick surface works really well- food doesn’t stick, and cleaning is super easy. The detachable handles are a smart feature that saves a lot of space in my kitchen. Everything feels sturdy and good quality, and the set has all the pots and pans I need. These pink pots and pans are absolutely gorgeous and the fact that the handles come right off without any sign of attachment make them look like beautiful serving dishes. We place them on the table and it’s wonderful to eat out of a warm pot with a lid and also not have it take up space because the handles detach. Possibly getting a second set

Who knew ceramic cookware was so great!? I'd thought about it for a long time but couldn't justify changing my pots pans when the ones I had were in great shape, even after 10 years. But they were heavy, had more lids than I could keep organized and there were a few that I rarely used. They took up space that I really couldn't spare and no matter what I tried they moved around in the cabinet so handles were going every direction. When these arrived in such a small box I had my doubts but was most pleasantly surprised to find that all 5 pans, handles and lids fit in that box with a little room to spare. Firstly, they all nest together and come with felt pads to protect them when stacking. There are two lids in sizes that are interchangeable between pans and the assortment of pan sizes is probably enough for anything I need to cook. I took my old pans away, did a little reorganizing and was very happy with the amount of space I cleared up. I've used them for a variety of things so far - soup, veggies, eggs, hashbrowns, chicken - and they seem to heat up better on a lower setting than my others. Nothing sticks and they practically wipe clean. The handles and the fact that they are so lightweight are my favorite features. They are no heavier than my plastic mixing bowls! As a kid my mom had a set of those old Corning pans that had detachable handles and I remember the grip wasn't all that great and the pans were so heavy it took both hands to get them off the stove. They were a bit scary to use. These handles attach firmly and securely and the fact that they can be stored in a drawer eliminates the handle wars in my cupboard. I have many more things to cook for the first time in these new pans and while the description says they can go in the oven I plan to be very careful doing that until I've proven it to myself. I'm already so impressed that if I find I need a different pan or a different size I won't hesitate to make another purchase. They are well worth the money for their performance and convenience.

I just love these pans for so many reasons. I love the look of them of course…all 16 pieces! They’re so beautifully designed and that’s what caught my eye first. They’re so pretty, I often serve food in them at the table, which I never would have considered in the past. Then I take that same pan with what’s left and place the lid on it to store in the fridge. I am assuming these were designed by a busy mom because they solve so many problems busy moms face. I love the stackability and the fact that they don’t take up very much space in the cupboard, which is a big one for me. I am constantly trying to rearrange my pans to fit, because my cupboards are small. They even have protectors that go between them. I also love the non-stick coating which makes cooking so effortless and cleanup is SO much easier, compared to my former set of stainless pans, which always were a struggle getting completely clean. The detachable handles on these are so convenient and they lock in well. I’ve used them with my electric stove, in the oven and washed them in the dishwasher (although have since realized it’s not recommended if you want to make them last longer, so I’ll try to avoid that) and they have performed well on all counts. The fact that they come with lids to put your food in the fridge straight in the pan blew my Mom away, and now she wants a set of her own for Christmas. These pans are such a great buy. I highly recommend them!
