I’m not sure why they went with such a huge wrap around the ab section of the body. It makes a back brace totally useless if you plan to use this for anything besides just sitting or lying down. Forget about walking around with this thing IMO it’s pretty much one of the worst products they make. The Goggles are a 1st IMO and this one is an easy runner up. They should of just stuck to what they do best and make the Theragun better, quieter and more affordable. Stay away from all these gimmick items that don’t make a whole lot of sense. You can find a back brace that actually works for half this cost and stretches your vertebrae’s and relieves pain as you walk around with it or lying down. This went back immediately. Also DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING off of the Theragun website. You think buying directly from the seller would be better. lol I bought by a horrible mistake off their website and the return process was worse than taking out a home mortgage. The list of items they make you provide and if you don’t get it exactly correct you could loose all or part of your return. It was such a joke that I will never buy from them again unless it’s through Amazon. My wife put the goggles on and I tried them as well. They are probably the worst design of ANY product I’ve ever seen. It has these balls that rolls over your eyes, directly on the balls. You can’t even see when you take them off because your vision is blurry and your recovering from the pain that they cause your eyes. Instead of doing the OBVIOUS which would be to have those roll over your eyebrows or even better since they’re already so big just make them into a half face mask and let those things roll across your forehead and driving the stress out and away from your face. It’s massage 101. I’ve never seen or had anyone or anything made to massage the eye balls. STAY AWAY from the goggles and this ridiculous back brace that doesn’t let you even breathe when you’re wearing it!

From somebody who suffers from back pain often this was definitely worth the price. It’s so comfortable. It’s easy to continue cooking dinner or whatever other tasks I have while still taking care of myself.

I've been having back pains intermittently after many years of playing competitive tennis and still get occasional flare ups after workouts. I've tried many different back wraps in the last few years and this is far and away the highest quality. The RecoveryTherm is easy to use and within about 20 minutes after a workout, I feel good as new! It makes it easy to string many days of exercise in a row as I'm no longer skipping days due to lower back discomfort! It's worth the money!

The single day that it worked, it was great, very excited to have potentially not been one of the people who received a defective item, even after reading all the reviews. After plugging in battery in multiple locations, it will not recharge. When inserted into the belt, an orange light flashes around the power button and the two heat plus vibration areas flash, but will not turn on. So, $249 for a single day of use is ridiculously bad. Nothing was wrapped in plastic, the device was in a cloth bag inside the box, so suspicious that I may have been sent a used device that was previously returned- or this is just an incredibly poor product. The first day, it seemed like the settings were easy to use and change, heat and vibration both worked. Either the large unusual battery pack is defective, charging cables don't work, or the control mechansm on belt is defective - something is terribly wrong with this product. We also purchased the Theragun elite, which so far is working, takes a charge and retains it - so I can't say that the company is disasterously bad, but the Recoverytherm just is flat out defective. Amazon should stop selling it.

The device is listed on the manufacturers website as having a 3-hour battery life. The item I received was fully charged and lasted around 60 minutes. I contacted the manufactuer through web chat, and they advised me the battery life is potentially 60 minutes depending on the mode being used. Suspecting this was not accurate, I called product support. They advised me the product should in fact have a battery life of around 3 hours. Amazon does not offer replacement for orders of this product, and you will need to send it back to the manufacter before they send a replacement item. This could take up to two weeks.

I deal with a lot of shoulder, back, and neck pain. I've bought dozens of different products from brands like Therabody, Hyperice, Aletha, or red-light therapy, neck massages, etc. spending sometimes 5x the price of this product. This is one of the only products I actually feel like is able to do it's job correctly while many other products I've bought for the same price are worthless. If you have the space for one and money, I do think an ice bath and hot tub to do contrast is 100x better than what this product is ever capable of.
