I purchased this chair as a gift for my son, and we’ve been very impressed. Assembly was quick and easy, taking only a short amount of time. The chair is well-made with quality materials and is extremely comfortable. It also has multiple pockets, including a zippered armrest pocket that’s great for storage. Recently, the chair was damaged, so I reached out to customer service. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond by helping me obtain a replacement part—even though the warranty had already expired. That level of service is hard to find. I highly recommend both this chair and the seller. I’m completely satisfied with the product and the support behind it.

I was going to look at a furniture store to find a new recliner but then I found this on Amazon! I wanted one without an electric switch because the recliner I had had a very slow rate of reclining and unreclining, and the switch wouldn't work with my finger anymore. I had to stab it with a stylus without the rubber tip. This recliner has all the features of my old one and more. It was easy enough to assemble, although a step or two weren't included in the instructions. Be aware of the Velcro on the bottom of the sidearm covers. Stretch the cover into place then take off the cover over the Velcro and attach it to the underside of the arms, as far inside as you can so it's not visible. My arm covers were mis-identified as right and left, but it was easy to catch the mistake. It did take me more than the advertised 15 minutes to assemble but that wasn't a big deal for me. Once the assembly was done the chair looked and felt fantastic! I also don't need the extra neck pillow that I had to have on my old recliner. I do have my old cover on the chair for summer so my bare skin doesn't stick to the leather. Also be aware, as mentioned in the description, that unreclining and returning the leg rest to the bottom of the chair does take a little muscle. I still like it better than the slowness of my old one. I also love the massage feature, which others have noted, is vibration. It still feels good to me. I haven't tried out the heat feature yet because I'm always hot. I also like the rocking and swivel action that I didn't have before, as well as the cupholders. This recliner is well worth the extra tax and shipping!

We replaced our reclining sofa with 2 of these. This way, since I am so much heavier, we can change out one when it gets worn out. These things are nice. Great leather feel. They glide, and spin, and fully recline. You will also want to get one of the headrest pillows sold on Amazon. The massager is pretty decent. My wife says hers does heat a little, but I don't feel anything. Consistency is a weak spot. As noted, we got two. Despite being bought at the same time, they were delivered a week apart. The first one was very soft and comfortable. The second one is stiffer. I am using that one, hoping my girth will break it in quickly. The features function well, but are not always a good thing. I am easily spun around due to the slightest wind will spin it. Getting out is hard because the glider feature causes it to dip front and back. My mother was thrown out because the momentum of her swaying back and leaning over the get something flipped the recliner The part that makes the least sense is the assembly. Why they don't pre-assemble the arms is ridiculous. While the final product looks fine, you get to spend an hour seeing the minimal quality. You get to screw various parts of particleboard together. Screws are not lock-tite coated, so will likely come undone quickly. Lastly, you pull over a leatherette cover. I spent the hour with plenty of time to contemplate my poor decision. I may not appreciate the shipping costs, but believe it would have been better to assemble these at the factory and create finished arms instead of getting to build your own. Yet, again, the final product looks good and has held up for the last month. I think the parts of the chair sliding together is done well. Longevity is questionable. I do not expect the zippers under the armpads to last because you put a lot of force on them to get out of the chair. But, at the price, not a regret, yet

Don’t waste your time or money. Pretty sure the chair I received was a return. The instructions are worthless. There are pictures, with Letters and numbers, hopefully you are good at puzzles. The “Massage” part is virtually nonexistent. It sort of vibrates, enough that it makes a sound but isn’t worth plugging in. It does recline, swivel and has an attached foot rest. It’s at least a nice looking chair. Somewhat comfortable. Not expecting it to withstand regular use as the material is pretty cheap quality. If it didn’t have the $100 shipping charge, it may have been worth the time and disappointment. I knew I should have just kept scrolling, but it checked all the boxes until It didn’t. Came in a box that had clearly been opened, with everything removed and looked as if someone tried to assemble it. Threw everything back in the box and taped it all back together.

I got these two chairs for my yacht, on which I live. They came in a pretty heavy box, but once opened, I was able to get the pieces onto my boat. The bottom section was a bit heavy. The chairs were fairly easy to put together, but did require some second-guessing. An electrical connection which connects the back to the bottom came all bent. I wrote the company and they very quickly sent a replacement back section, no questions. These chairs are quite comfortable and very nice looking. I love the cup holders and all the pockets. The heat and massage functions work well, but as others have mentioned, the massage is more of a weak vibration feature. I do really love these chairs, lots of cushioning and the storage in the arms is quite roomy. the zippers to the storage are a little challenging to access, so I put little pull cords on mine. The back stretches pretty flat, but I think a kid wouldn't be able to keep it all the way back very well, as you need some weight to keep it laid way back. All that being said, I do think these chairs were money well spent!

Had the chair about a year now. Worked great for the first few months. I'm a bit of a heavy fella at 250lbs and after I had it about 4 months it started to sag with the arm rests, an bow outward but was still solid. Till today when a hinge that held the back on broke and now its unusable and unfixable. I Recommend it for people that don't use a recliner to often or are on the lighter side... also if you do purchase this be careful sitting back on it since its very easy to tip
