So disappointed in this purchase. We got it for our 4 year old for Christmas, and shortly after the bottom piece fell off and continue to fall off every time my son rides it. Which makes it very frustrating for a four. Less then 6 months after Christmas and the bike no longer works. It was fully charged when me son too it for a ride, didn’t even make it to our neighbors house before it died and now won’t work even after charging it again. I do not recommend customer service was awful and wouldn’t refund me my money or send another bike!

We purchased this item for my son's birthday. Putting it together 2 nights ago and realizing it is not a us plug. So now we have to buy a plug for it. He hasn't even got to ride it yet. Today is his birthday. And I wasn't able to change it because it was the wrong cord :(
