Man this starter is just what i needed i believe it to be a high performance one too. recently i installed a 50mm big bore kit onto my gy6 QMB139 and the previous owner had left this moped out in the rain on his farm i mean anything and everything was corroded badly including the starter this white powder type stuff i believe it to be what happens when water contacts aluminum kinda like when water contacts untreated steel and it begins to rust same thing. anyways after i installed the big bore kit the total displacement went up to 81.3 cc from 49cc and it was hard for the starter to get the engine running at first i thought ok bigger piston more compression etc.. but that was not it the starter was going out and after i installed this tonight its night and day difference my scooter normally starts right up first try and it did even though the old starter was going out it still worked somewhat i am glad i made this purchase it just adds more reliability to my scooter one less thing to worry about. on a side note i keep my scooter garaged daily and i start it up daily too i would never leave this out in the rain. on another note mentioning the previous owner leaving it out in the rain all the time i had to replace the fuel tank/and sender/carburetor/exhaust/front disc rotor/caliper and brake pads/and master cylinder everything was corroded from the rain getting into everything it was bad but its coming along great now.

Works great especially for me because my motor takes a little bit to kick over after I installed the big bore to a 100cc so the fact that it doesn’t lose power is a win The wire also happened to be like the exact perfect length with a little bit of lack so it didn’t get pulled definitely oem or oem+
