The bag is filled but it's too mushy. It collapses in after every punch, making it impossible to work any combinations. I brought it based on the reviews but now realize a lot of these reviews are either phony or paid for. This bag is NOT recomended.

I have an everlast half bag and wanted a full size. I chose this kit as a refresh to some of my aging equipment and I have not been disappointed so far. The mounting brackets are simple enough to install and the included hardware is strong enough you wont have to worry about it falling apart. The only odd thing was it looked like something tragic happened during packing and I got two 3/4 sets of hardware I wound up with more bolts than I needed to install the bag. In comparison to my everlast bag the sides are softer and the bag isnt stuffed to its limits. The "softer" bag is easer on my body, the everlast is like punching a wall. I got the bag only. I was suppose to receive several items and I only got the bag. Very disappointed. No chain or wall or ceiling mounts as advertised. The box came torn up and taped horribly. Very disappointed.

The bag arrived and had lots of different hardware we chose to use our own as we have our own bag rack system. It has been one of the favorites for the beginners learning to kick. Even the advanced folks like it. We have had it for a while and it shows almost no wear. We will add another one as our Academy grows. I love this bag. As a former boxer and fighter it's not about the wait of the bag. You shouldn't even be laying into the bag like bar brawler. This is great for footwork and shadow boxing with some resistance. It's perfect for working on combinations and jab work. The people complaining about the weight don't know that you don't punch through a bag you turn your wrist at the final snap. If you're punching correctly this bag shouldn't be going horizontal. ... show more

You simply cannot beat this deal on the bag and hanger combo. Came with a decent set of gloves, wraps, jump rope, as well as a few other little goodies. I fastened 2x4’s against the wall directly into the wall studs. One horizontal and one vertical. This gave me a sturdy platform to attach the bag hanger from. I bought this bag for my fiance's birthday and he loves it!! He uses is 2-3 times a week and really enjoys having a bag at home! I bought back in January and it arrived much earlier than expected. As a female, I was able to bring the box in on my own with no problem. It's June now and it still is in great shape. I was just wanting a bag, but all the extras...gloves, jump rope, etc were a really nice addition. Only thing with the gloves are that they are really hard and we dont recommend them for light sparring. Other than that, great purchase and we would recommend to anyone! ... show more

    • Very disappointed, items missing, no customer service
The product arrived without all the materials listed. Several things were missing. The screws didnt properly fit in the inserts, and the inserts were poor quality and broke easily. After installing this and using it for a few days, the whole setup collapsed. Very disappointed. But the worse part is I reached out to customer service multiple times and just never heard back. ... show more
