My 9 year old finds this bag too light. He's taking boxing lessons and has only been at it for a short time. Wanted to get the right size bag for his age and level. From what I've read this should have done it but I need to increase the weight. This bag really feels like its for a much smaller, younger child or for use as a toy instead of a heavy bag for children learning to box. The only real issue I had is the strap length. These would be fine on an adult bag but to properly hang this for a child I had to purchase a length of chain and a couple carabiners to extend the bag. Normally on a heavy bag this is expected BUT this bag is intended for children and I feel the manufacturer should have taken that into account with the straps. Maybe it would've been better to find a bag that uses chains instead of straps and then I could've purchased what I actually needed. Why this is an issue? I hung this on a spring. With that single additional chain run it loses some of the functionality that the spring provides. ... show more

This product is what is says it is. It's great quality. I bought this for my son for Christmas though and it didn't come in a box it came in a big bag. I dont know why there was no box, and I can't find a box for the size it is so how do they expect me tk wrap this for my son. I dont know if I would order for this seller again because of the inconvenience I'm experiencing trying to find a box for this. ... show more
