Sounds great so far . No distortion sounds considering it's rca inputs. Running a very old sony subwoofer as well with great bass for arcade build. Going to another one.

Right channel worked properly, but the left channel was very weak. Had to return. Other than that defect, the unit was good. Has significant and obvious distortion at 50%+ volume, ..not surprising for a 20 watt amplifier. I do hope that the replacement has no defects. If you want clean sound, ...keep looking. ... show more

The good: Provides clear enough 2.1 sound for the price. 20W is not much but with matched speakers will fill a room with sound (not exactly hi-fi but what do you want for $20?). I'm using it for a computer but I can see using it for a second TV in a small room, as long as the TV has its own volume control, because... The BAD: This has TWO DIFFERENT VOLUME CONTROLS. The main volume controls the two channels. The sub has its own, separate volume knob. Turning up the main volume does not turn up the sub. That said, I have the sub all the way up, the main 3/4 up, ad using the computer's volume control. As long as your source has its own volume control, you're fine. ... show more
