I am writing this review on Day 1, so can't speak to how well it will hold up over time...but it was an easy assembly (30-60 minutes), and the components seem to be good quality and durable. The chair this one replaces was not comfortable, so I think this one is great!

I love my new office chair.The color is beautiful! First of all I was very pleased with the quality of materials used in this chair,it looks pretty good for the price!Assembly was quick and one person can finish the assembly easily. The chair seat is firm but comfortable too.Not many adjustments other than height.The recline is limited range and you can not set position,The arms do fold up ,but are not height adjustable in any way!

I work from home at a desk job and my Serta chair that I had was not holding the hydraulic and my chair kept lowering throughout the day. I got this chair in high hopes that it would be comfortable and work as a good desk chair. I was able to put it together pretty easily and everything was included. The chair is fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as my old Serta so I'm not sure how long it will be before I'll be getting another one of those to replace this one. This has a 'lumbar' support, you turn the wheel on the back (shown in the picture) and it pushes the support in....this 'lumbar' support is not low enough for lumbar support and hits just above the lumbar region. The chair height does raise and lower, I do like that the highest level is higher than my old office chair, in fact, my feet don't touch the ground (I'm 5'4"). The arms also raise and lower so you can put them at a level that works for you. It's an OK chair, definitely not a favorite one for me though

It's very comfortable. It has adjustable back support. You can also adjust the arm rest, which is a very good design. The installation was pretty easy. Probably took me abt 20min to put everything together
