This chair is ridiculously nice for $300. I prefer it over my higher end office chairs. I work long hours from home and found it comfortable and surprisingly supportive. Took about 15 minutes to put together and everything is sturdy and made of nice materials. Also smells like a new car. Love it.

Overall, I have been happy with Razer products I own. My mouse from 2011 still works great. My Blackwidow chroma keyboard from 2018 still works great. I use the Nari wireless headphones daily and they're great. I've always been a Razer fan even though their products may be pricey-er, I do not feel they create an inferior product. I had previously the Iskur leather chair. I was incredibly disappointed with it costing $650 that the welds broke only after 2 years of use. Welds completely snapped, therefore, the chair did not hold its position. I either had to lean back, or lean forward and stabilize myself. I decided I would try the Iskur V2 X, the lowest end product with a warranty incase the same issue occurs again. Set up was very easy and I do like the larger seat base. I am not fat by any means, but the racing style chair of the leather Iskur felt slightly cramped. I notice there is more lumbar support on this chair, however, I am not sure if I like it yet. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because upon assembly, there was a very tiny plastic piece broken. Not worth re-boxing, returning, waiting for refund and ordering another. It's not noticeable, just more mildly irritating after spending $300+ on a chair and it didn't arrive in perfect condition. I will most likely be back to update this in the future. That's all I have for now. So far pretty comfortable and not absolutely hating that I spent $300 on a chair. ... show more

Great chair so far very comfortable, set up was easy out of the box. Looks great! Only complaint is how the material attracts hair and lint but other than that it’s great!

Decently comfortable chair, didn't have any lumbar adjustment and it isn't super soft either. The reclining ability is by using a lever, you can still rock back and forth and it has a very wide seat for your but. If your a a heavy set big person that would be nice. I feel like i got a ton of extra room in the chair width wise which is ok, and cushioning is fine for me. However, if your a heavier person i could see the chair not being comfortable passing wise and id think you'd wear down the padding on it. Overall good for basic use, not a lot of pdding, pretty wide seat and no lumbar adjustability just a straight back. Good enough for me. ... show more

    • Well built, but the chair is hard and rough.
The chair's quality is pretty good, no squeaks. Assembly was very easy and straight forward, with all the tools included. The lumbar support is built-in, so you can't adjust it to your preference. The material is a sturdy, rough fabric. The armrests do not lock in place, they swivel around easily. For me, with $300, I'd probably invest some more and look for a better chair. ... show more
