This is a great gaming chair from an excellent brand, that doesn’t cost ‘too’ much. It was well worth the purchase for our college kid. He has been using it for 4 months so far and finds it very comfortable for both gaming and studying! Assembly wasn’t too bad, and could be done by one person. The sale for this chair over Labor Day was a great deal. It was for about 40% cheaper than on the maker’s website. The chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. I recommend trying it out if you can find it on sale. 👍

This chair is so insanely good. But there IS an issue. You will NEED a head cushion/headrest cushion. It is so so so hard on the headrest area. But everything else is amazing. Assembly is super easy and fast too. This thing with a good headcushion is insane. And the seat?? It's actually REALLY good. i expected it to be total trash like the former iskur (my brother has one an i hated it) and also expected the armrests to feel grainy and sandpapery (like the original iskur xl) and heck no. it's SO good. ... show more

Easy to put together and looks great. Less than a month in and one of the arms is broken and the cylinder sinks. . . Contacted support and they want me to mail in the cylinder for investigation then they will mail me back a new or repaired cylinder. Talked them into sending me the cylinder first then I'll return the bad cylinder and they agreed 3 weeks ago. . . still haven't seen the cylinder. For the price there are much better options! Razor really has taken a backseat to customer service and quality in recent years. Its a shame to see a good company fall apart. ... show more

I had no idea this was a completely different design than the regular Iskur X, it just doesn't feel the same, and the fabric is scrathcy/itchy, I thought I'd get better circulation from fabric instead of leather, but this thing is like rough sandpaper on thighs, there is also no side support, which is fine but it just feel "big" and loose when sitting, you constantly have to shift your position to get comfortable. The armrest do not move forward/back like all other models, just up down and sides and they feel cheaper made. They also don't seem to go higher like other models. I had it for less than a month, not even daily use, and it creaks a lot. I will keep using it, hoping it's just adjustment period, and will break in, but I am giving it extra star because of excellent packing (even comes with all the tools and gloves) and quality plastic parts, but the rest, just feels like they cut too many corners on this latest model. Back design is a little odd. You cannot lock it in tilt position, you can only recline the back, bottom stays in place if you want to recline and lock, otherwise it is like a rocking chair. When you sit upright, the head part is too forward, this is really for people to lay back as it can be almost completely flat like a bed. ... show more
