We have the first version of this chair and unfortunately some metal piece snapped off in the base and it was pass the warranty, so we ordered a new one. It's for my 27 year old son who isn't a gamer but is an artist and spends a lot of time on his computer. This chair is very well made and sturdy. Just got my Iskur V2 this afternoon. I was going to put off assembling it until later until I read the instructions - VERY EASY AND SIMPLE assembly! So I just dived in and it was done in less than 30 minutes. How to describe the quality and feel? One word - INCREDIBLE!!!!! Super comfortable - the lumbar support and cushioned head rest.....I could have gamed all night!!! Plain and simple - I can't recommend this chair high enough! ... show more

    • Overall good quality item but some things to consider.

For the most part the build quality, assembly, functionality is all good for the price. And for some this will be an amazing chair. For me personally it was not a good fit. I found the lumbar support to be very uncomfortable mostly due to the fact it is not flush/flat against the back of the chair. I found my shoulders were not reaching the back of the chair unless I put in the effort to bend back to do so. While also feeling as though I was sticking my stomach out further then the rest of my body. I also found that because the support itself seems to "float" (is not attached besides a line down the middle) and can wobble left and right a bit it didnt give the impression of a solid seat or posture. Which this fact (how far forward this piece sits) isn't very accurately shown in any of the images or descriptions. Again this chair will be amazing for some. But for those with back and/or interior issues. Please find a way to try it first before or anticipate a return if you have found the review helpful or something to consider. ... show more

So I read alot of reviews in regates of this chair being bad and no useful for the back or it’s not cushioned at all but in all respect to those people I’d have to give my experience a 20 out of 10. The chair came in a whole week early thanks to Amazon. It also came in perfect condition and was very simple to install even came with barcode to scan for a whole video installation. I don’t understand how people can say it a horrible chair or even say it a rip off when it has already helped my back and also provides and great and comfortable gaming experience. I love the chai and am sorry for the people who either couldn’t figure out how to work the lumbar support or much less assemble the chair. Easy install and easy to use great chair in my opinion. Best part about this chair is the durability. I really like how the base of the arm rests and seat is mostly made out of metal and durable. The EPU leather is the perfect choice because it prevents stains. The only thing I would suggest razer should do Is to have a Razor Iskur V2 or XL version with their newer chairs having seats bigger in size. I feel like the backrest isn’t wide enough. And maybe a built in leg rest for a more comfortable experience when laying down as other chairs of this kind have this feature. From my experience the seat cushions are a bit uncomfortable because they feel stiff. Razor should focus a bit more on comfort. ... show more
