  • High Quality Chair!
I needed a new home office chair. After sitting it for 8 hours a day, 5 days week, it is still the most comfortable chair I have ever owned.

  • Not as comfortable as they said... initially - Revisit below
For the price I thought this would be a really good chair, but... The seat is hard. It needs to conform to the seat. It is too flat and feels hard. I'm also not sure why they call it a Gaming chair. It's just a normal chair. And not as comfortable as it should be. I also had trouble figuring out what the second lever does. It's not very clear. But that's probably all user error on that one. The assembly instructions were very clear. The chair came in a huge box with the assembly instructions on a sheet of cardboard that was the size of the bigger side of the box. So, hard to miss. It was packaged very nicely, but I'm not sure how I feel about paying a lot for packaging. The chair is heavy and the lever part and most of the arms are metal, which is good. It should last a good long time. I think the back should be a little higher, but that's personal preference again. I did like the fact that it went high enough for me (leg wise), but not sure it would fit someone who is over 6 feet tall. I am just under 6 feet and it was perfect. The web page said a person 2 inches over 6 feet would be comfortable. I'm not seeing it. I have to give it two stars (really considering 1) because I don't think the price matches the comfort. I was looking to replace my current chair, but this chair is definitely not more comfortable than my current chair. My current chair doesn't quite go high enough, but still more comfortable. I can't recommend this chair. REVISIT: So, I came back and sat in the chair for a while. I do love the fact that it is higher than my old one and fits me far better as far as height. And the hardness turns out to be not that uncomfortable. So, I'm upping my review to 4 stars just because it turns out not to be as bad as I initially thought. I still think it's just a normal chair. Not sure why they call it a gaming chair. Who knows? REVISITED: The Height makes all the difference. I use it exclusively now. 5 stars. I still don't understand why it's a gaming chair. ... show more

  • Well-Made and Easy to Assemble but Does NOT Recline as Decribed
If this chair ACTUALLY reclined I would give it 5 stars. The quality is good and assembly was simple and straightforward with good instructions. However, my son needed a chair that actually reclines and this doesn't actually do that. The seat slides more than it reclines and it definitely doesn't recline to 130 degrees as described (and my son is not lightweight so it's not a weight issue). If you're looking for a very well-made chair that looks good and is reasonably comfortable for most, this is a good choice. If you, however, need a chair that reclines this definitely isn't what you're looking for. ... show more

  • minimalist gaming chair
A Razer branded chair with minimalist gaming aesthetics? Sign me up. I was really excited to give this chair a shot, as I've often had positive experiences with Razer products. From packaging to assembly, everything was neat and tidy. I didn’t expect to screw in the parts myself, but that’s fine, I guess some corners were cut to offer premium materials. It does feel premium, but mostly compared to standard chairs. For context, I normally use a Steelcase Think ergonomic chair, which sets a high bar. The Razer Fujin offers many of the same features like adjustable height, backrest, and basic lumbar support. Where it falls short for me is in armrest comfort, honestly no many chairs can match Steelcase in that area. On the bright side, I really like the mesh seat on the Fujin, it keeps things cool and fresh. The back mesh is also comfortable and well made. In the end, I like the Fujin, but I still prefer my Steelcase Think. That said, it’s hard to complain, considering the price difference. ... show more

  • Great Chair, but Hard to Justify the Price
Assembly: 5/5 I loved the assembly process for this chair, which is rare. It comes with this large assembly poster with each step next to each other, and is super easy to follow. Using an electric screwdriver it took me less than half an hour. Looks: 5/5 Sleek look with minimal Razer branding, which I prefer. While this is a gaming brand, this is a good in between chair for either office work or gaming, since it’s pretty ergonomic for large periods of time. The mesh is nice and the matte finish on the materials looks pretty good. Quality / Durability: 4/5 It’s heavy duty. It’s a really heavy chair. However, some parts are made with a pretty brittle plastic, which you discover as you assemble the chair. I feel at this price, a few corner were cut. However, there are more expensive chairs out there with similar materials, so this definitely is a competitor. Function: 5/5 It’s comfortable if you’re used to harder office chairs. The padded armrests are a really nice touch. The chair also has some nice adjustable lumbar support which is great for long nights. I was able to get it recline using the tilt dial to increase the amount of tilt. It’s definitely a well-made, good chair. But it’s up to you if that’s worth the price. Value (for the listed price): 3/5 Overall: 5/5 ... show more
