Had an issue with one of the lights where it seemed like loose wiring causing the bulb to flicker. I reached out to their support to figure out a fix for the light fixture and also to ask them on how to use the angle socket. Ella from this support responded and was very supportive and helpful. We exchanged a video of the issue and she reviewed the problem and issued a replacement. Very professional and timely with her responses. Overall great experience. As for the product, it's easy to use and reasonable priced. Knowing I'm in good hands with their support, I like confident in my purchase.

Excellent value, however one light was missing the cloth cover for light. Contacted company and they were responsive, and very quick to remedy the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this product. The gobo head broke the third time I used it, which is unacceptable for something that's supposed to be durable. The materials used are extremely cheap plastic, and it feels very flimsy right out of the box. I had high hopes for this kit, but it has proven to be a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable option. This kit is not worth the investment at all. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I'm not quite sure I would use this for professional work but when shooting for fun and doing composites this I really been useful. Set it up in a spare bedroom for a small home studio. Still been using my flash since this isn't exactly dimmable.

Good value for the money for a beginner in setting up a home studio for photography or video. Lighting is adequate and the green backdrop can be switched out with other backdrops when necessary. Other backdrops/backgrounds must be purchased separately.

The media could not be loaded. If you looking for a good quality, small lighting and backdrop kit, this one from RaLeno may be the answer. This is an inclusive package that by itself, will allow you to have a space about 5 feet wide that you can take pictures with good minimal lighting options and 3 different color backdrops. The things I like: I. Good basic package – It’s pretty inclusive for a basic package. You can start with nothing but the camera, and with this package be taking decent photos that will be well lighted and have a basic background. II. Good quality – I found the quality of the materials to be good considering the price point. They will provide you with some very usable set tools that should last for a while and don’t feel cheap or disposable. III. Good basic lighting – This package contains 3 lights and 3 bulbs, providing you with the ability to effectively light up your subject and a few ways to change the lighting. IV. Everything fits into and comes with a single duffle bag, so if needed you can take your production on the road easily. Things to consider: I. Not enough adjustability for the next level – Even though this package provides a good basic white light that is effective at lighting up your subject with even light, it lacks the ability to dim the lights themselves or change colors. II. Short lightbox cords – The power cords on the light boxes are too short to reach to a single power bar without pushing on the backdrop. You would think they would have made the cords long enough, but I guess not. So to keep the backdrop straight, you will need to plug the power cords into two sockets, extension cords or have a really long power bar across the back. Overall, I think this is a very good inclusive beginner or add on kit, that will provide you with increased abilities to capture some really great images with a solid basic backdrop and good even lighting, so your subject and photography can be the focus. This is a fantastic set up for a beginner, it's literally got everything I needed in one affordable package. For the most part, I'm going to be using this for photographing miniatures. It's a bit OP for sure, but the lights and the diffusion is worth it. I am going to be photographing some cosplay where I will need to use the greenscreen to make a different background. For this, it's a perfect set up for portraiture (again, for a beginner). Everything was easy to set up and I didn't need to use the instructions too much. All the poles and connections feel really good and sturdy, and the fabric backgrounds are nice, although we'll need to use a steamer to get the creases out when we set it up. Once we do that I'll find some other way to store them so they don't have creases. The included lights are super bright and wonderful. Really happy with this set and it will really ease the issues I've had with equipment bought on a shoestring budget.
