OMG!!! This is THE BEST fireplace I have EVER purchased!!!! I had been looking for about 3 months - I wanted a simple design yet elegant and THIS is perfect!! It was soooooo easy to put together - I am a 74 year old widow and I assembled it in one hour - it is very very sturdy - the quality is top notch - it arrived beautifully packaged so there wasn't one mark on it - the holes lined up perfectly - instructions were exactly like I like, few words and more pictures - and this was simple enough that a 10 year old could understand - it does come in two deliveries - the mantel arrives and then the heating unit arrives, which I didn't know so when I reached out to customer service they IMMEDIATELY responded and assured me the heater was coming - they were wonderful. The heater, again is super easy to install and I read through the manual and turned on my fireplace and it works like a charm - and the heat it puts out is incredible - warmed up my large bedroom in less than 5 minutes on high, and about 12 minutes on low setting. If you are wanting a great fireplace that looks gorgeous, flames look real, heats up a room like it's supposed to and easy assembly, then THIS is the one you want!!! Highly recommend this purchase!! I put a piece of marble underneath just for aesthetic appeal, but you don't need it - this fireplace looks awesome on it's own!!!! I absolutely LOVE IT and I am so glad I waited and got this one!!!!!!! The price was great too, in fact, I have seen cheap looking fireplaces that cost three times more than this one - I can't say enough good things about this fireplace - other than BUY IT NOW!!!!!!! You won't regret it!!!!

The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is absolutely beautiful and really adds a cozy, elegant touch to the room. I love that it has different settings that are changed with a remote control, flames with heat or just flames, so you can set the perfect ambience. Assembly took about an hour, which wasn’t bad, though the instructions were all pictures with no words. Once I got started, it was easy enough to figure out. Overall, I’m very happy with it, the price, the soft hum, the flames and heat is adjustable, and it’s become the centerpiece of my space!

It is a beautiful, I got pearl white , not too shiny or too white and matches my woodwork perfectly. My grandson got it together easily . The heater is great , puts out good warmth with 2 settings , can also enjoy the flame without heat . The flame is a beautiful dancing flame and looks so good especially at night and no noise so far . Remote works and controls are easy to use . The structure itself is well made , very sturdy and so classy looking with generous mantel to decorate for Christmas , it’s just as pictured . I plan on using my speaker for a crackling sound . I love it , don’t put off buying it .

This electric fireplace is pretty to look at and arrived in good time. However, after 5 1/2 weeks it stopped working completely. We followed the directions in the handbook and called their customer service. It has now been one month of a constant run around. They sent us a new "motherboard" and expected us to have it installed which we did. The new "motherboard" provided a flame but no heat, no blower. We have had multiple texts with the company. They have asked for videos which we have sent. We are continuously told "They understand our frustration but as customer service representatives they have limitations and their headquarters is in another country (gee, which one??) The company is currently closed but theywill get back to us and will follow up." This is the same message we get over and over. We are filing a claim with the Amazon credit card as well as Amazon. Amazon customer service is usually excellent so I expect something will be resolved. But people....stay clear of this product and this company!

The media could not be loaded. Can’t speak to the longevity of this just yet. I will come back in a few months with an “edit”. So far, no complaints. Shipment arrived faster than expected and not in two packages as some others have mentioned. It all came together so I was happy! Easy to put together. It’s under $300 so don’t expect extreme high quality, the unit is held together by brackets so you shouldn’t move it around too much. With that said, I am happy with the quality for under $300!! The heat feels warm and cozy and the “fire” looks real. It can really elevate your living space.

Extremely happy with this product. Emits substantial heat, flame is realistic. The fireplace was wide enough for where we wanted it, but we knew it would be shorter than we wanted. We built a riser to go under it and matched white paint to the fireplace. It adds so much to our room!
